"I ordered online tonight and experienced a frustrating curbside pickup. Upon arrival, I followed the sign's advice to relax and wait, but after 15 minutes, I noticed four employees in the checkout area, including the manager, chatting instead of assisting. I saw the customer in the car next to us leave with his food, and he didn't look happy, which raised my concerns. After a while, I sent my son inside to check on our order. Five minutes later, I went in myself and discovered that the system only allows for card payments when tips are included, which I felt was unnecessary since we weren't dining in and no one had acknowledged our presence. When I checked our bag, I realized they had forgotten part of our order, and I was glad I had listened to my instincts. I also asked for sour cream, only to be informed that it would cost extra, despite never having been charged for it during previous dine-in visits. The manager dismissively told me he wouldn’t waive the charge since I had tipped. When I finally got home, the food was disappointing. The queso was watery and greasy, with only a few beans in it. I will definitely be returning tomorrow to voice my complaints. I believe that if I'm spending money on food, I deserve quality in return. This was not worth what I paid!"

"I have not been to Chili's restaurant in years. However, my 11-year-old son was interested in a place that served good cheeseburgers. I must say, the food was delicious and full of flavor. The drinks were excellent and we had amazing service. I hope they keep up the good work at this location. We will be back for sure."

"The last 3 times we've gone here as a family something always lacks. Sometimes half the place is empty, but they can't seat us. Other times our orders are wrong or the food comes out cold. This time, I tried to Uber Eats their food, after 25 min, they canceled my order saying they couldn't get to it.I am surprised a chain restaurant like this has such low standards for service. This is the nail in the coffin, never again, if everything is perfect it's worth the wait and money, they no longer can deliver."

"Even though they were closing, the staff still went out of their way to prepare our food! They were incredibly attentive, and the food was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to everyone! As for parking, since we went late, there was plenty available, but even during busier times, there seems to be ample parking."

"the monte crew is back in chilis! during our visit today it took approx. 4 minutes to take place and there were no one at the front end of the restaurant to welcome us. the server has set us. the restaurant was decently clean. after ordering the drinks were super fast. blue lagoon drinks for the children and they loved it. the drinks literally took 3 minutes to arrive. appetizer lasted 4 minutes we had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering! I didn't even finish my salad. my drink was a blue agave margarita, a little sweet but tasty. after eating, although the sweet was too much for me, I asked them to be removed. blah! there were no silverware and we asked for him a few times. also no serviettes. the condition of the bathroom was not pleasant. I heard server talking about reviews while I went to the tables. very unprofessional. if assessments have top priority, cleanliness and attention should be given to the customer priority. no reviews! the server was friendly and very patient with my children who is a great victor in my book. all in all, I would rate this visit to chili as 6 out of 10."

"What a fun surprise of a restaurant! It's in the most unassuming area surrounding by industrial type buildings and not noticeable. It's definitely got an old-world Italian restaurant feel. Service was nice and quick enough. The food was surprisingly good. Burrata special and fresh mozzarella and tomatoes were both delicious. The salad with goat cheese was also great. Rigatoni with meatballs was good, and rigatoni with bolognese was phenomenal. The grilled branzino was also excellent. Chianti was a nice choice. The limoncello mascarpone cake was truly something special. Light, moist, perfectly balanced. We highly recommend it! Parking is ok, but limited. Family friendly."

"The food at this restaurant is delicious and flavorful. I especially enjoy their homemade bread. I went back for more in the same week because it was so good. It's a great option for healthy and fresh dining. The only suggestion I have is to add another vegetable to the kabob besides carrots, as they don't grill well. Despite this, the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean with beautiful decor. I recommend giving it a try next time. I would have given it 5 stars if the staff member hadn't made me wait while he took a phone call, leaving me standing there for almost 10 minutes while my food was already bagged and ready for pickup. A little more friendliness would have been appreciated."

"Zero stars to be clear. Worst customer I've come across. Ordered through grubhub and after 45 minutes called in because our delivery driver was still at the restaurant. We asked if our order had been picked up. He said his tablet was down so he couldn't make the order. He was extremely rude on the phone and unapologetic. You don't know how to pick up a phone and let the customer know? And while you have the customer on the phone specifying exactly what was ordered you refuse to make it? What a joke for a restaurant. Apparently he didn't want my service. Well, you will never have to worry about that again. The grubhub driver tried their best. He was kind, patient, and read them our order but again, the restaurant refused to make it."

"Been coming here for about 4 years. Same Bartender same waitress's/waiter's most of the Time. 90% time my steak is never cooked right. So do not order a steak, I just gave up. None of the workers know their regular customers by name. Service is sloooooow. Never have any draft beer. Managers do not really care when you bring this to there attention. Why do I keep coming? The price. When food is cooked right it is delicious and priced right. Everything is so expensive right now its just convenient even if I have to put up with all the other stuff."
