"The salmon was delightful, and it came with plenty of shiitake mushrooms. However, the shrimp tempura was a letdown; it consisted of large shrimp coated in a thick batter. On a positive note, our server was excellent. Unfortunately, the hostess was unwilling to seat us in a booth, even though the restaurant was empty and we had requested one over a week in advance. Instead, she assigned us the least desirable table by the door. I stood my ground and was eventually given a booth, but I noticed there were empty booths available by the time we finished our meal. Experiences like that leave a negative impression."
