"The only issue I had (which I understand was partly my fault) was that the gratuity was automatically included in the bill without us being informed. This resulted in our server receiving a double tip. While he provided excellent service and deserved a good tip, I might not have left as much had I known in advance. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but I believe it would be beneficial for the restaurant to communicate this practice to their customers."

"I have had good experiences here before, but today was not great. We were say, and then waited 10ins before I go back to the hostess to find a server for us, since none greeted us. I had the brunch hash.it was soggy. The pepper to potato ratio was pretty skewed in favor of peppers. The papers were wet, like they were a day or two old, cut from freezer burned and/or poured out of plastic bag. The egg was undercooked, the whites were runny. The entire dish was under seasoned. The server came around for our order, to drop off food and drop off the check. It was very mechanical feeling. We'll try again sometime, but today was not good."

"I ordered an oat milk vanilla latte along with a delicious fruit and Nutella French toast. Everything had an amazing aroma, making it hard to choose just one thing. The menu features a diverse selection of Mexican and American dishes for breakfast and lunch. I sat at the bar where the barista was attentive, providing quick and friendly service to all the customers. I overheard someone enthusiastically praising Nasario for making the BEST micheladas, and I definitely plan to return to try them and other dishes that Jinky has to offer."

"As a regular customer, I frequent this restaurant every week to enjoy a meal. I have been a loyal patron for years and have never experienced bad service or food. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. I am surprised by some negative reviews, as I have always seen the employees go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is taken care of. The manager and owners even provide table service when needed and make sure that everything runs smoothly. This is one of the best restaurants in the area and has received numerous awards from satisfied customers."

"After poor dining experience for my wife's 80th birthday at our oceanfront hotel next door the night before, we tried The Reserve. Fantastic! Our server Kaylon, I think is correct, was a pro, with a personality. Menu with ample excellent choices. Everything served at the appropriate moment, hot and perfectly prepared. Oysters Rockefeller, Crab cakes, bacon-wrapped sea scallops, redfish, traditional caesar salad, key lime pie, each delicious. Our third trip to Jekyll Island, will return st least twice each year, Lord willing, and we will make The Reserve our first dining choice as long as they keep to this same standard."

"My small group came here for lunch, and it was VERY worth it. I got the deep fried sweet potato roll, which was a little undercooked for what I like but it was still good. I also got the Crazy Girl Roll, which I've had a few variations of, but this one was super good!! The bites were really big, but manageable and that was my favorite. I tried parts of the other rolls that the others ordered, I think one was a yumyum roll and another was a spicy tuna, which were both also really good. Some of the rolls are pretty pricey but others are much less than I'd expect and overall it was really worth it. I want to come back and try some of the entrées, especially some of the Korean foods because they looked really good."

"This was my first visit to the restaurant and my husband's third. I was not impressed with the food or service considering the price. The experience was mediocre at best. The staff made an effort to provide a fine dining experience, but they lacked personality and seemed robotic. This restaurant may be more suitable for business dinners or high-class events rather than a younger crowd. We probably won't be coming back. Our order was incorrect and we were given the wrong bill, with a significant price difference. Our waitress seemed distressed, even though we were the only customers there. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were rated as 3 out of 5 stars. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: $100+"

"This restaurant on the street level of the Del Mar Plaza offers a special vegetarian and vegan menu, so be sure to ask for it, since it makes very clear what is or can be made vegan. A vegan version of hot and sour soup is hard to find, so it's a treat to see it on the menu here. There are rice noodles as well as konnyaku noodles; and in addition to tofu, a plant-based chicken is available for many dishes. The spicy eggplant dish is excellent, and baby bok choy is available as a standalone dish and in several mixed dishes. This is a modern take on Chinese food, with an emphasis on fresh, quality ingreients. The wine list is excellent."

"Restaurant was crowded due to it being prom night, but server Alex did a great job keeping us informed on when order would be out and even gave us a free dessert when kitchen back up made our wait longer than usual. Great food and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely returning soon. Ask for Alex to be your server. He is great!"

"The only improvement that would earn this place a full five-star rating for service would be for the blonde-haired waitress, who overlooked our empty wine glasses and forgot to bring knives and a to-go cup for the coffee when we requested them. However, I absolutely love this restaurant! The brunette waitress was outstanding; we started and ended our meal with her. I apologize for not remembering anyone's names, but we will definitely return because the food and wine selection are fantastic!"

"My girlfriend and I tried this place out for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I had the Bacon Avocado Sourdough Burger and she had the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Instead of fries she got the tomato basil soup and really enjoyed it. The burger was juicy and cooked just right. Fries can be hit or miss at most restaurants but these were pretty good. The waiter we had wasn't all that great but that won't stop us from going back as there are a few more things on the menu we'd like to try."

"After only giving us the options 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived at 7:15 am for our reservation, they made us wait for half an hour. Although they apologized, they didn't offer us free after-dinner coffee or any other specific apology. This type of service does not encourage return visits. The rest of the service was good except that the waiter tried to suggest the Dom Perignon champagne for $ 350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"My husband and I visited the Ocean City area at the end of September and decided to return the following week to celebrate his birthday. We went for a bike ride down to Stone Harbor, enjoying perfect weather, a lengthy ride, and capped it all off with a delicious dinner at Island Grill. We were charmed by the tropical decor and the diverse menu, but we didn’t realize that Ocean City is a dry town, so we couldn't enjoy a celebratory glass of wine with our meal. Since it was the end of the summer season, some menu items were not available. I suggest adding an IRON CHEF Orange Glaze with Ginger sauce to the chef's offerings; it would add a tropical flair and some excitement to the dishes! Additionally, it would be great if they could improve their mango salsa. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and had a fantastic server. We’re looking forward to our next visit!"

"I ordered from this restaurant for the first time through DoorDash while at work and craving something simple and not too fatty. I decided to try their tuna melt and it exceeded my expectations - it was delicious. I was so impressed that I took my wife there over the weekend, as she loves a good tuna melt and this place did it justice. I also tried the poke bowl, which was also fantastic. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable given the high quality of the food. I am considering trying their knish next time, as I am looking forward to my next visit."

"Townhouse Diner is now my go to diner. The portions are huge, the food is exceedingly delicious, the owner is warm and friendly, the wait staff is excellent, and the diner is clean and cheerful. I enjoyed seeing the colorful Valentine's Day decorations throughout the site. Parking is ample and the seating is spaced apart for privacy. I ordered the turkey on rye; the turkey was fresh and very tasty and the bread soft and flavorful. That said, the prices are very reasonable as well. I hope you will visit Townhouse Diner."

"We came in to celebrate and to catch the end of Bite30 as we have always heard great things about 310. Things stared great, but went downhill. We were one or maybe 3 tables in there and the service was insanely slow. Our server would disappear and come back and if we asked for anything,it took awhile. It took nearly 20mins for a mixed drink with nobody at the bar. The food itself was good, until we got to dessert. It took forever for the dessert to come. When it did, there was a long hair in it! We let the server know and he said would be right back but only came with the bill. We asked for the manager and was advised there was not one on site on a Saturday evening). The person they tabbed as the most senior came by and was kinda like what do you want me to do, there’s nothing I can do. Overall, just a really bad first time dining experience. So bad that I had to write my first review ever."
