"I was initially excited to try the food and see if it was truly authentic Italian, but in my opinion, it fell short. The staff was quite rude, and we waited nearly 30 minutes just for our drinks. One of the waitresses refused to serve our table and pretended we hadn’t placed our order. We hadn’t done anything wrong; we simply wanted to enjoy the meal. The same waitress even made fun of our clothing while discussing our food. As for the food, it was just mediocre—most of it seemed hastily thrown onto the plate. The sauces were decent, but the pasta was overcooked and mushy. I definitely wouldn’t return, especially because of the poor service. I don’t mind waiting for good food, but feeling disrespected as a paying customer is unacceptable."
