"Atmosphere was nice...cozy, quaint. Server was attentive, polite, cheerful and our food was delivered in a timely manner. On their website, they boast a very impressive family history and 'commitment to excellence ' but we left extremely disappointed with the quality of food. We spent nearly $100 on four people without beverages and walked away frustrated. Bread placed on the table looked and tasted as if it was from the bread isle of a grocery store. If you 're going to serve bread as a starter, it should be impressive, not an obligatory gesture (I 've had bread at chain restaurants that put this restaurant 's to shame). Appetizer of pulled pork nachos was tasty, but not generously portioned. I tasted my husband 's spinach and cheese calzone and we both agreed it was somewhat flavorless. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan with a side of risotto...the eggplant was thick and extremely rubbery (I could barely cut it), and the risotto tasted like it came from a box. As for our friends ' they never overtly complimented their food and only ate about half. The only thing I really enjoyed from my dinner was my side Caesar salad. Because we were with company, I didn 't want to make a fuss over my dinner, but I was disappointed I wasn 't asked if something was wrong with my meal seeing I left 3/4 of it on my plate and said 'no thank you ' to a box. It 's too bad...it 's a charming place with great atmosphere and friendly staff, but much of the food was simply awful. Perhaps instead of having such an extensive menu and poorly executed food, they should pare down their offerings and excel at those dishes."

"I've been a regular at EPH for several months now, and I have to say that it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is just right for a relaxing night out. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff members who have made my visits so enjoyable. Keegan, Kanasa and Ernesto are some of the most attentive and friendly servers/bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that I have a great experience. Of course, the food is the real star of the show here. Whether I'm in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty salad, or some perfectly crispy fries, I always know that I'm in for a treat. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The vibe of the place is also just right. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or just a solo meal at the bar. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the music is always on point. Overall, I would highly recommend EPH to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. Thanks to Keegan, Kanasa, Ernesto, Jenifer, Riley, Isaac, BILLiam, Brie, Sarah, Kristan (Manager) and the rest of the staff for making my visits so memorable!"

"This is now our go-to restaurant for weekly date nights! Without a doubt, it’s the best Mexican restaurant in the 417 area! The Chile Rellenos were the best I’ve ever tasted, and the Soppapillas with ice cream were equally amazing! Even their chips and salsa are top-notch. And let’s not forget about the Spanish rice — I’ve never had Spanish rice this delicious! The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is presented beautifully like a work of art, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes. Our total came to just $28 for two drinks, two dinners, and dessert. I happily tipped the server more than 20% because they truly deserved it!"

"After frequently visiting this restaurant for three years, our patronage has come to an end due to a lack of professionalism and accountability from the management. I brought my family along after attending a concert the previous night. During the visit, one of our guests ordered a Greek salad and specifically requested no feta. Despite the extended wait caused by the limited staff struggling to meet the guests' demands, we informed our server about the salad issue. The server, who was handling a large party and three other tables on the patio, summoned the manager to our table. The manager's immediate response, blaming our guest for not being aware that the dressing contained feta, was unprofessional. Instead of addressing the minor issue with the salad, we decided to request our check as the manager escalated the situation into a shouting match.We had to ask for water and boxes a second time, having waited over 18 minutes upon arrival without receiving any water. The manager went so far as to remove my salad, which I had hardly touched, and discarded it. When we mentioned this to the manager, he deflected responsibility, making the issue about who moved the plate from the table. The discrepancy was evident since we were short one bowl after ordering four entree salads.As someone who has successfully managed food service establishments for seven years, it's incredibly disappointing to encounter key holders who lack the qualities of true leaders. Instead of listening and understanding, they respond defensively. I anticipate taking this matter to the proper channels, including the Better Business Bureau (BBB), as it's disheartening to believe that unethical practices still persist in 2023. I strongly recommend implementing comprehensive cross-training in workplace practices and effective escalation management"

"This restaurant is a fantastic choice for lunch while shopping at the outlet. All the sandwiches I've tried so far have been excellent, and we consistently choose this spot for our lunch breaks. This time, we also sampled the cappuccino, but it had too much milk foam, and the espresso was watered down, coming out more like a regular cup of coffee. Their barista skills could use some improvement. However, they do serve Lavazza coffee, which is a definite plus. I recommend coming here instead of the fast food options in the outlet; you'll enjoy a healthy and delicious meal!"

"Friendly staff as seated right away, it's my first time here for my wife and me so we're excited what they have in the menu. As I started reading the menu and seen familiar Mexican favorites I decided to order the Steak Ranchero and wife ordered something new. When my order came with my surprise it's not the steak ranchero I expected from Mexican restaurants I always go, my order is like a bit modified it got a egg over easy, rice kinda lite and no tortilla or no onions on top. But overall, it' was deliciously cooked. Here's my take, you want authentic Mexican food then you head other way but still this place is good for not so authentic Mexican food. Still recommend it."

"Thank you, food was ok, but, do better with your customer service don't treat people like outsiders when they come in especially at an hour at night when I try to eat if you didn't want to serve the person you should have said it from the beginning and to make me feel your negative vibes make it uncomfortable and then cause the person or customer to feel uncomfortable and to start acting the way your acting all weird and stuff. "Visited for their Easter brunch and was delightfully surprised with the selection. For only 15 bucks you were able to eat all that you want including classic breakfast favorites, casual lunch fare, as well as Mexican items as well. Everything was fresh and restocked regularly and our waitress was very friendly on this busy and special day. Recommend to anyone wanting their brunch fix with a Mexican twist. You can't beat it as the price is cheaper then some individual meals around town."

"They have a lunch special everyday of the week. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. I believe they serve breakfast all day. They have everything from breakfast to hamburgers to chicken fried steak to bake potatoes, salads and seafood. The service is always prompt and friendly. "We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Billings and were greeted by a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We both started with the cheesy broccoli soup, which lacked seasoning and tasted a bit bland. We then ordered the 8oz Bison Sirloin for $35 each, but were surprised to find that the steaks had no seasoning at all. The server had offered Cajun or Montreal seasoning, but we declined assuming the steak would come seasoned as is standard. We later found out that the Montreal seasoning was the basic salt and pepper seasoning. The Bison Sirloin did not have the distinct flavor of Bison and tasted more like a regular steak. The fries were the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my fiance refused to eat his steak and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to mine to try and improve the flavor. Although the restaurant has potential, there should be more clarity on how the steaks are prepared and seasoned. While I would consider giving this place another chance, I would advise asking about the seasoning in detail before ordering."

"I recently tried the new shrimp and mac and cheese dish, and I absolutely loved it! The mac and cheese was perfectly creamy and cheesy, not at all dry, with that delightful stringy texture. The shrimp was cooked to perfection as well. I opted for the "pick 2" option, which included half a ham and cheese sandwich. I requested the sauce on the side, and I'm really glad I did because it turned out to be yellow mustard, to which I'm allergic. Fortunately, there was mayo available in the condiments area, so I could add just the right amount. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent, and the waitstaff consistently kept the area tidy while checking in to see if we needed anything else. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and plan to return again!"
