"This is a fantastic spot for a quick sit-down breakfast. Although we had a brief wait of under 10 minutes before being seated, it was manageable. Once we were at our table, our server Chris promptly took our orders. She was warm and courteous, offering helpful recommendations on what to try. The food was good, featuring the usual breakfast fare. However, the caramel cappuccino was exceptional and truly the highlight of my visit—it was like heaven in a cup! I will definitely return just for that. Overall, the staff were great and the service was commendable, so I would definitely come back."

"Have been coming to this Bob Evans, after church, for 8+ years. I order the same thing every Sunday, and most of the waitresses know what I'm getting B4 I tell them. Today, I gave my name, and she tells me it's a 25 30 minute wait. I said Ok. I Sit down, and after 30 minutes noticed people who came in after me were being seated. Me how long b4 I'll be seated. Her I THOUGHT you'd left, and I didn't write your name down. Me NO, gave you my name and didn't say I wouldn't wait!! Her Name and how many ? Gave her my name again, and she STILL put me at the end of another waiting list. More people being seated ahead of me. Me Now how long ? Her 4 parties ahead of you; which meant another 25 minute wait. I left, feeling hungry and hurt. Since I have patronized Bob Evans for a long time, it'll be difficult to change my routine. However, I know it'll be a while before I return there. BTW, at no time did she apologize for the miscommunication Owens Party of one no more."

"On Friday at 10:50 AM, I arrived at the restaurant and waited about 25 minutes for a table. I ordered a chocolate milk and biscuits and gravy. My waiter only stopped by once, and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I could place an additional order for a review. When I finally asked for a refill and a to-go container, another server happily assisted me. However, I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to pay, as my original server was busy taking new orders. I ended up going to the cashier to settle my bill. The total time I spent there, without eating, was at least 1.5 hours, and I interacted with three different waitresses. I would have liked to give a tip to the friendly waitress who was genuinely trying to be helpful, but I was unable to because I paid with a credit card. There was no acknowledgment of our time spent after we left, neither from the cashier nor the waitstaff. Overall, the meal felt quite expensive for what I received. It would have been nice to feel a little more welcomed, especially from the waitress who initially served us, even if it was just a small gesture."

"Took 20 mins to get a table which is not unusual but it took another 15 mins until I flagged down Seth!! He was not in charge of our area but he took our order and was very friendly and apologetic about what happened. He's the hero of the day!! The food was mediocre at best. If Seth hadn't comes thru we were going to walk out!! He needs a raise!!"

"couldn't take a picture of the food because we ended up talking it to go so we wouldn't miss the flight. after waiting an hour, we told them to cancel our order. we were told it was on its way. after another 10 minutes, I gave up and went to the cash register and was told again that our order was ready. I asked them to just box it up. No apology, no explanations, nothing. They weren't that busy. In fact, other tables seated after us received their food before us, so I think it was a server issue. I say that with confidence because our server ghosted us after talking our order. We won't be going back to that location."

"We had a big family gathering of six while in town for a funeral, and our experience at the restaurant was excellent. Our server was fantastic; she constantly refilled our coffee and quickly brought us all the little extras we requested, including apple butter. My 'over-medium' egg was cooked to perfection, which is rare in most restaurants. The side of fruit I ordered, consisting of cantaloupe slices and strawberries, was fresh, ripe, and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a meaningful family time for us."

"Normally our Bob Evans is good. Tonight was a completely different experience. I had ordered the 2 piece fried chicken breast meal. When the food was brought to the table, it all looked good with the exception of my meal. The fried chicken was absolutely unrecognizable as fried chicken. There were two tiny pieces of something that looked like burnt/blackened bat wings. There was no breading on them. I picked one piece up and it felt like leather.... I asked our server if she was sure that was the norm for the friend chicken. I had her take it back and got pot roast instead. I spoke with the manager when we were leaving and he said he would take it off our bill. Surprised me....he took half off our total bill for dinner for all three of us. It was bad, but our server was so polite and did all she could to make it right. Then the manager truly made it more than right by taking half off our bill."

"Bob Evans has always served decent food, but this location is consistently busy. There's a shorter, older woman at the front who always tells us that the wait will be 15 to 25 minutes. However, after waiting an hour, we end up leaving for another restaurant. Initially, this was due to a shortage of servers and limited sections being open, but that issue has been addressed. Unfortunately, this pattern has become frequent, so we've decided to give up on this restaurant. I understand that wait times can be longer, especially on Sundays, but it's frustrating when the estimated wait is consistently inaccurate. There's a significant difference between waiting 15 minutes and waiting over an hour."

"Waiter made 3 trips to give us or utensils, drinks, bread. Had to flag him down to get more gravy that the cook barely put any on my Turkey, mashed potatoes and dressing dinner. (He might want to look at the picture the customers see in the menu The waiter only then asked if everything was OK. A sure sign your customers are ready to leave are when they ask for a box to take left overs home and take dessert to go, we are ready for our bill! Checked out at register because the bill wasn't coming and we had things to do! Even after paying, we didn't get a copy of our bill! So did we pay for someone else's meal? we will never know! Won't be going back anytime soon."

"I just ate lunch here with my family. The food was great as always, and the service was AMAZING! Corey gave us the best service I think I have ever had anywhere ever.You know how when you’re eating somewhere and are thirsty but never see the server and have to eventually ask for something to drink? "Can Google just allow for negative stars? This place is atrocious and this is why. I placed an online breakfast order at 10:25 am, I was told it will be ready in an hour (email confirmation was 11:20 am) but I got there at 12:10 am and guess what? It wasn't ready. I was behind this lady at the checkout line and she was ignored for about 15 mins, no one even acknowledged her until one of the employees told the manager to take care of us. After taking her order, he immediately turned his attention to those checking out until I told him, I was right behind the lady, even then he didn't want to check what I wanted. He did a quick glance and told me my order wasn't ready. Until then, I didn't know it took TWO (2) hours to cook a simple omelet. It seems they don't want serve you, it's almost as they are doing you a favor. I definitely wouldn't advise going there especially if you're hungry."

"We don't have any Bob Evans locations in Canada so despite this not being anything overly special we enjoyed coming here on the end of our road trip. The inside is a little bland and later on when it's quiet... a bit dreary to be honest. But, all day breakfast? Check. Fresh hot coffee at any time? Check. Homemade soup? Check. Decent pricing? Check. Friendly wait staff? You bet. Just off the highway and makes for a great stop. I rarely ever order biscuits with sausage gravy but man is the sausage gravy good! and they give you a great big bowl! I had enough leftover to put on my hashbrowns. The little slices of banana bread they give you are a bit odd but they're a decent addition so I won't complain. Comfort food at it's best."

"Our server, Abigail, was quite rude and made us feel unwelcome. When my 5-year-old sister politely asked for a glass of milk, she was told, “No, you cannot,” while Abigail rolled her eyes. "The table we were seated at did not appear to have been cleaned. The dessert menu on the table was sticky. The waitress was friendly but very inattentive. I ordered a breakfast chicken dish and it was barely warm, as was the rest of the food. The portion sizes were large, but the hash browns were undercooked. The chef seemed to struggle with keeping the food warm, possibly because the waitress was too busy to bring it out promptly. When my companion tried to get the waitress's attention to have his food corrected, she was dismissive and rolled her eyes. She also left the bill with the food without checking if everything was satisfactory. Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and I would not consider returning to this restaurant, even if it were closer to my location."
