"The server we had was friendly and exceptionally patient. She reassured me not to worry about the word "Southwest" when I ordered a Southwest omelet, which turned out to be delicious without being spicy (a concern of mine). My friend and I both agreed that we are consistently pleased with everything we order at Bob Evans. Their menu options are always on point."

Sadly, the Lemon Pepper fish was out, but the Alaskan Cod was very good.

The food was tasty, but I would appreciate it if my biscuit is not mixed in with the meat grinder next time.

Great apple pie Ala mode! French toast and pancakes made the table happy campers. Waitress was wonderful (Sam) didn't rush our family reunion. Thanks!

My first visit to Bob Evans was for breakfast on a Sunday. The restaurant was a bit disorganized when we first entered, but our waitress Teresa was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, as was the bacon. However, my order of potatoes and scrambled eggs was missing.

Our waitress was just kind of there. She didn't really seem to bother with us but had time to chat with the other 3 men at different tables. She was in a mood so early in the day. Yikes. Not the restaurants fault. Our scrambled eggs were runny and they both almost look like small omelets but runny.

"Just finished eating here.First of, it’s about time that Midland got a Mediterranean Restaurant, so that’s a big plus. I’ve been flying through here for 9 years and this is the first time to see a Mediterranean option on Google maps. Well done. Now for the food.To be fair, I’m spoiled by all the good Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area, so take this with a grain of salt or some garlic sauce and Tzaziki, lol.I ordered the Lamb Gyro over Saffron rice, with the side choice of hummus and a salad of Tabouli, and “Iraqi tea.”The first impression was that for the price, the portions were ok, maybe a tad small, but that’s ok. I was a bit surprised that it came in plastic containers and we weren’t initially provided with utensils, which would be an immediate service improvement. The gyro meat didn’t taste very strongly of lamb, but was nicely seasoned and certainty not bad. It was on top of the rice with some tomatoes and yogurt sauce. The saffron rice was good, and I chose to mix it with the hummus, which turned out nicely. The hummus itself was a tad bland, but definitely not bad. It favors those who aren’t into as many spices like the hummus with paprika on top that I had last night in Dallas. The tabouli which is a favorite dish of mine was the biggest letdown as it was reasonably expensive for the amount in the plastic bowl, and also a bit bland. A bit more lemon juice or something would help it tremendously.Overall, it’s probably three and a half stars for me, but I’m giving this a four instead of a three, because it’s currently the best Mediterranean food at a restaurant in Midland or anywhere nearby and perhaps it will improve as they get established.Regarding the Iraqi Tea it basically tasted identical to the Earl Gray tea I had back in Dallas before the flight."
