"As others have mentioned, this restaurant is on the expensive side. It's easy to find yourself paying $30 for a burger if you start adding extra toppings at $2 each. However, by the salad bar, there are excellent complimentary toppings available, such as salsas, pico de gallo, jalapeños, peppers, and onions. Personally, I would recommend skipping the premium toppings except for cheese and instead taking advantage of the free options. That way, the price for a burger or sandwich is quite reasonable. The portion sizes for the sandwiches are quite generous. I tried the grilled chicken, which was juicy and had a delightful grilled flavor. The onion rings were good, though I didn't quite see why they were highlighted as a standout dish; they were just enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, with plenty of staff focused on cleaning tables, clearing plates, and keeping the salad bar well-maintained. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly—around 8 minutes on a relatively quiet day—and was very fresh."

This is a really cool place with model airplanes everywhere. If you're an aircraft enthusiast, you'll love sitting here and admiring all the pictures and decorations while you eat. They also serve big burgers!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic! They were well-prepared for our High School Marching Band when we arrived to eat. Our kids didn't have to wait long for their meals. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! View menu

I really enjoy this place. The staff is great, the atmosphere is inviting, and there are plenty of dishes to choose from. The only downside is that it's quite pricey for the type of food they serve. But overall, it's worth a visit.

I truly love the nostalgic diner vibe of this place, but what impresses me even more is the food and the welcoming staff. They are consistently kind and eager to assist, and many employees take the time to remember regulars like me! The food is always delicious. The highest praise I can offer is that the staff are genuinely personable and go out of their way to tailor menu items to suit your preferences whenever possible. It’s an amazing spot! View menu

The best burgers in Midland! They also offer barbecue, but I haven't tried it yet. Why would you when you can enjoy a delicious Michael Burger with fries or tater tots and a large drink? I frequently bring my family here. The decor is fantastic, with the airplanes being a major highlight alongside the burgers. They have this spicy yet delicious sauce that you might find challenging, but you should definitely give it a shot! It's a great location, although I wish we had one on the south side too!

Best Burger in Midland! They also offer grilled items, but I haven’t tried those yet. Why bother when you can get a delicious Micheal Burger with fries or a salad and a big drink? I plan to bring my family here. The decor is impressive, with airplanes being the iconic highlights alongside the burgers. They have a spicy sauce that is really flavorful; it might be a bit much for some, but you should definitely give it a try because it’s fantastic. The location is great, and I wish there was one on the south side!

"Just finished eating here.First of, it’s about time that Midland got a Mediterranean Restaurant, so that’s a big plus. I’ve been flying through here for 9 years and this is the first time to see a Mediterranean option on Google maps. Well done. Now for the food.To be fair, I’m spoiled by all the good Mediterranean restaurants in the DFW area, so take this with a grain of salt or some garlic sauce and Tzaziki, lol.I ordered the Lamb Gyro over Saffron rice, with the side choice of hummus and a salad of Tabouli, and “Iraqi tea.”The first impression was that for the price, the portions were ok, maybe a tad small, but that’s ok. I was a bit surprised that it came in plastic containers and we weren’t initially provided with utensils, which would be an immediate service improvement. The gyro meat didn’t taste very strongly of lamb, but was nicely seasoned and certainty not bad. It was on top of the rice with some tomatoes and yogurt sauce. The saffron rice was good, and I chose to mix it with the hummus, which turned out nicely. The hummus itself was a tad bland, but definitely not bad. It favors those who aren’t into as many spices like the hummus with paprika on top that I had last night in Dallas. The tabouli which is a favorite dish of mine was the biggest letdown as it was reasonably expensive for the amount in the plastic bowl, and also a bit bland. A bit more lemon juice or something would help it tremendously.Overall, it’s probably three and a half stars for me, but I’m giving this a four instead of a three, because it’s currently the best Mediterranean food at a restaurant in Midland or anywhere nearby and perhaps it will improve as they get established.Regarding the Iraqi Tea it basically tasted identical to the Earl Gray tea I had back in Dallas before the flight."
