"The worst spot in existence. Literally they've been mediocre but this experience takes the **** cake. They are now at my bottom tier, trash. Will never come back nor recommend this location.I came in there SOLELY for their promo, which didn't work online so I went in store for help. No body could help me, they even showed me step by step how to and they watched as the promo wasn't applied, even though at the start it indicated it was attached. They are the least knowledgeable about anything subway related. They couldn't even honor the promo. I was standing in there from 6:10pm until 6:40pm cst.With no help, with no way of getting my lunch, a hungry stomach, and all I wanted was a single sandwich. That, I didn't even get because this experience was worse than anything. It ruined my day and I hope anyone reading this BE CAUTIOUS. They won't help you in the least, and seem to favor certain people. Guess I'm not special a customer enough."

"I used to work at a Subway, where I took great pride in evenly distributing toppings, using just the right amount of dressing, and providing excellent service. Because of that experience, I often find myself underwhelmed or disappointed with Subway sandwiches in my adult life. However, this particular location has changed that. Finally, I found a place that delivers a sandwich where each bite is consistent. The sandwich is perfectly balanced—neither soggy from excessive dressing nor too dry. It’s made quickly but with care. Perhaps I care a bit too much about my fast food experiences, or maybe I just happened to visit when the right staff was working. Regardless, I trust this location, and I plan to return. My high school self couldn’t have crafted a better sandwich, and I truly appreciate that. It makes me very happy."

"If I could give this place a zero star, I would. As someone who doesn't write many reviews, I think that this place really deserves one. I just wanted to eat a bite after an appointment nearby. I got boiled as soon as I went in the door, I don't understand the message of me with a scooter, but I couldn't even park it under a table while I ordered a sandwich and went. I didn't have to eat, just grab a sandwich. The girl at the reception simply shouted, huffing and puffing when my request was so ridiculous that I had to hear nothing I had to say. I'm a professional, I'm not sure why you ever need to scream someone who's ready to come to your restaurant if you can be a decent person. It's free, Will never comes back here."

"The female manager/franchisee at this location is very rude and horrible service. The workers here are great, I don't want to take away from their service, it's the manager/franchisee I have an issue with. I have frequented this location 2-3 times weekly for several years now, long before she came. The marquee outside of this location advertises free cookies with the purchase of an entrée and does not state that if using a coupon its invalid. I have utilized coupons at this location for many years now, and visit this location 2 to 3 times weekly. Upon checking out on my most recent visit, I was advised by the female manager/franchisee that I could not get the free cookie with the coupon. When I asked her when did this change?, She stated we have never given free cookies with coupons. When I advised her that was incorrect because this has been going on for the last 3 to 4 months, she stated to me in front of other customers that, NO, you have never gotten free cookies here with a coupon, and basically called me a liar. I will get her name on my next visit to add to this post. I called her out on her rudeness and never once got an apology. She definitely doesn't need to be on the front line serving customers. "The person who made my sandwich seemed quite confused during the entire process. She greeted me warmly but then vanished to the back for a long time before finally starting to prepare my order. I had to repeat my request several times, and when it was time to pay, she mistakenly handed me someone else’s sandwich. It's frustrating enough that this happened to me, but knowing she might be making similar mistakes with patients and staff at the hospital is even worse. I initially thought this restaurant was a great option because it stays open late, but I was clearly mistaken. I’m giving it one star because Google doesn’t let me give zero stars. Honestly, this place might owe me some stars!"

"Had an awful experience here. I guess this clown is their excuse for a leader. He was angrily bothering customers over little stuff. He had physically grabbed my foot and removed it off the chairs ? and got onto another group about bringing chairs from other tables to sit with each other! He even moved the seat while they were using it! I was so uncomfortable I just left. Don’t touch people especially customers! "I've eaten at many Subway restaurants. This is the worst one by far. I've tried eating here twice with the current management and both times it was the slowest worst customer service ever. This is very sad because it used to be a well run restaurant. Not anymore. They just seem confused and unsure of what they're doing. They act defensive like the customers are not to be trusted or something which makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Also they don't honor coupons or deals in the store. For a deal you have to order in the app (which always crashes) or on the website. We literally had to stand in the store and order right in front of them on the website on our phone which was incredibly stupid in and of itself. That aside, the language barrier was also a factor but usually when there is a language barrier we have no problem working through it but in this case there was a serious lack of communication skills independent of the language barrier. I strongly recommend if you want a Subway sandwich go to the other one in Corydon. This one is terrible."

"I received my food through delivery, and unfortunately, my BLT was not made as requested. It was supposed to be sauce-free, but it seems the person who prepared it didn't clean the knife properly from a previous order. As a result, the sandwich was cut in half, leaving a lot of sauce on the surface but none inside the sandwich itself. To make matters worse, there was a large hair in the middle of my All American club sandwich. This was just unacceptable."

"If I could rate this place a 10, I definitely would! As a truck driver, my partner and I often stop at subways to get bowls of chicken, veggies, and other items to complement our meals in the truck. Typically, we've never been charged more than $4 or $5 for what we buy. However, the experience we had at this particular Subway was incredibly disappointing. The staff member was extremely rude and seemed rushed, and then she charged us $18 for just a tiny amount of shredded cheese, a small cup of chicken, and two veggie burger patties! If we hadn’t been so exhausted and hungry, we would have simply walked away rather than pay that outrageous price. The amount she charged us was equal to that of two footlong subs! I've never left a negative review like this before, but her attitude made it clear that she does not enjoy her job. I will definitely not be returning to this Subway again. There’s much more I could say, but I’ll keep this review as respectful as I can."

"I have had a number of frustrating experiences at this restaurant recently. They only accept cash because their credit card machine frequently malfunctions. Today, I decided to share my concerns and placed an order online instead. The app indicated that my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived just 10 minutes later, my sandwich was already sitting on the shelf. Unfortunately, the bread was dry, the sandwich was squished, and the ingredients were spilling out. To make matters worse, it was extremely salty, even though I hadn’t requested any extra salt. This has been the last straw for me with Subway. The last time I used their app, I ended up with the wrong sandwich. Although the restaurant has been renovated and looks nice, the quality of the food and service has clearly deteriorated."
