"We dined at this restaurant on a busy Saturday night during peak dining hours. Our order included the cutting board, duck ravioli, gnocchi, maple glazed brussels sprouts, apple strudel, and ricotta cheesecake. Unfortunately, we found each dish to be underwhelming considering the high price. The meats on the cutting board were fresh but lacked balance without cheese. The pasta dishes were bland compared to other Italian restaurants in NYC. The maple glazed brussels sprouts had a strong vinegar taste and lacked any maple flavor. The desserts were decent but did not have a "wow" factor. However, the wine was reasonably priced by the bottle. On top of the mediocre food, our entrees took about an hour to be served."

"Superb! The garlic bread is amazing. We did the tasting menu which included 8 dishes in 4 courses. We had 2 vegetable dishes, 2 pasta dishes, meatballs, cod, polenta, and dessert. Every dish was flavorful and carefully thought out for a perfect bite. The desert was also amazing, definitely recommend this restaurant for a date night or small group gathering. The restaurant actually has 2 sections inside so there seemed to be a decent amount of seating/capacity but it?s"

"We started with crostini, which included flavors like tomato and basil, goat cheese, and white bean—everyone particularly enjoyed the white bean variety. One of our friends ordered the kale Caesar salad, which they liked, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his gnocchi. The tagliatelle ai funghi was delicious but a little too salty for my taste. The panna cotta was visually appealing but lacked the flavor I had anticipated; it was also unexpectedly firm, without any wobble, although it thankfully didn’t have a rubbery texture. Overall, the service was attentive without being intrusive, adding to the pleasant dining experience."

"I loved this place I got the vegan California burrito (at least i think I did b/c I asked for a recommendation and just went for the first thing the waitress said) Anyways it was real yummy, there fake meat game was on point and the burrito was very spicy just like I like it (but for those not spice inclined be warned). Vibe was nice as well."

So we ordered the Wednesday Sicilian cake special, oh young it was one of the best I ever had! it was very lit not too thick the sose is delicious I like extra sosse perfect amount cheese, the crust was crispy, but glowed as a spring! I don't know how they did this! Something with the diligent is a secret! They can taste the fermented flavor on a good wise when they know about the teig making. they know what they do! I like it better than I"

"Last night was my second time visiting this restaurant. The first time was great. It was a birthday celebration. Last night was also a birthday celebration for an eight year old. We arrived at 6:30. First we were led to a table that was wet and no one noticed. We were sent given another table that got rained on. Not one staff member came to our aid. Perhaps offer us another table or even bring napkins/towels to wipe the seats. We specifically ordered a pizza right away for the children first way before ordering the adult's entrees. It took quite some time to get the pizza. Our server was not attentive. We had to wave him down to place the rest of our orders. We did not receive our entrees until 8:45. No one came to say sorry for the delay, we're short on staff,or can we get/do anything for you. My potato croquettes were cold, spinach had no taste. Someone from our party didn't receive their vegetable. Another didn't get her spinach. The last time we brought our own cake, it was taken by the staff, sliced up and brought out right after our meal plates were taken away. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the birthday girl's cake to be brought out. This experience has soured me on what I thought was a great establishment. Perhaps my first time there was great because it was the owner's son birthday as well. There were a lot of extras for the children as well as the adults. Never going back."

"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."

"I really want to like this restaurant and see it do well. However, there are some shortcomings with certain dishes (like the eggplant parmigiana) and the service. The wait staff seems nervous about making mistakes. During our previous visit, we were seated right by the door even though the restaurant was empty. Our meals that night (Carbonara and pasta bolognese) were delicious. When we returned with friends, we were seated at a better table. Unfortunately, our dinners were served at the same time as our salads. The waitstaff seemed surprised when we mentioned we wanted to start with the salad first. Although the food was decent, I wondered if it would have been better if the timing was correct. My husband enjoyed his veal parmigiana, but my friend didn't like his eggplant parmigiana. We might give it another chance since it's nearby, the interior is nice, the bread is amazing, and, as I mentioned, I want to see it succeed."

"Let me start off by saying..There isn't many better options to have Italian food in NY and that includes NYC..The service, the food the atmosphere is impeccable. The chicken scarpariello is the best i have ever had. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, sliced thin potatoes, fresh sausage, mushroom onion along with a rich sauce that is out of this WORLD. I also get a side of pasta with garlic and oil as well. Their grandma slice is GREAT. the sauce, the crust and the cheese are all cooked flawlessly. Angelo the owner is such a welcoming and pleasant guy. Our server Wilda was amazing and attentive. I can't wait to go back!"

"Our waitress, Tina, was superb!! I can’t say enough about her. She was pleasant, attentive and good eye to eye contact when she spoke to us. Very positive. Our table ordered appetizers. Our entrees were the filet mignon and a “special” which was the Chilean Sea Bass. The filets were cooked to a perfect temperature (medium rare and medium). You could SEE the slight differences. (I used to cook at the grill in a steak house). My Sea Bass was awesome. Cooked perfectly with a light, flavorful champagne sauce. A terrific dining experience!"

"Came for lunch special. Ordered the Bianca pizza which tasted really good. Comes with fries or salad. Ordered the Truffle fries which is great as usual. I visit the restaurant infrequently. The taste of the food I try when I visit is always consistently fresh and well prepared. I've tried five different types of pizzas. Three types of pasta dishes and the drinks are unique and they use fresh fruit if part of the drink. Chef Alex is great and the staff is very accommodating."

"Delish! Absolutely wonderful from start to finish, both in the restaurant and in the bar. We visited Tulia two years ago for a birthday party with the best friends. We were welcomed by a beautiful host and welcomed by a beautiful server. Since it was our first time, we were open to proposals offered politely and faithfully to his description. We were satisfied with the attention to detail and prompt service. The food came with a beautiful presence, the temperature was spot on, and the taste... good to die for! We visited a few more times before we left for a year. We missed Tulia. In the first week we were home, we went straight to Tulia because we knew it was amazing. Lo and behold, it was even better! Our server reminded us of our first visit over a year ago! Now this is more than service! Another great night. We've been back a lot in the last nine months and even fell in love with Bar Tulia. Again greeted with a charming smile at the door and entered a warm and cozy atmosphere. We appreciate art in craft cocktails and it's all here. From fresh herbs, citrus and spices to the xtra large ice cube in my bourbon and the exotic rare ingredients. The bartenders and servers are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate. We love Jason (GM in the restaurant), Lisa and Michael, who are also there servers. We also love Ashley and Estephania (hopefully I wrote it right) and if not just Steph say both barkeepers in Bar Tulia. Steph also remembered us and our drinks for the second time we were in! Matt, who is absolutely lovable and nurturing, found us a table during an event, and Ashley a server that was very cool and efficient. I could go on and on and tell wonderful stories about experiences in Tulia. Friends and I were there last night and have reservations for Friday. All in all, take it from me and come to this place! P.S get the Basillica if you like Burbon."

"I ordered a pizza at 7:30 PM for $48.00, but it did not arrive until 9:45 PM and was hardly warm. Due to the delay, I ultimately decided not to eat it. I attempted to reach out to the Woodridge location, but my calls went unanswered and after being placed on hold for 30 minutes, I was disconnected. This was definitely the worst experience I have had with a popular pizza chain. I would recommend avoiding ordering from Domino's as the service was lacking, the pizza was delivered late and cold, and it was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. Be cautious, as they take your money and offer substandard service."

"I have been to Saltwater twice for dinner and had two great meals and very good service. Went this past Sunday for Sunday brunch we had a group of people. We were the only ones in the restaurant for most of the brunch time and our food was not very good all complained that the food was cold my omelet was so cold the cheese was no longer melted by the time I received it. The Lobster Roll from the main menu was such a disappointment. I recommend for dinner but I would not advise anyone to go for brunch"

"I ordered a sandwich and wasn't asked how I wanted the meat cooked, so I assumed it would be well done. When my meal arrived, however, the meat was raw. I politely asked the waiter, Fernando, to cook it a bit more for safety reasons, but he was rude and dismissive, accusing me of being difficult when I was just making a simple request. When I expressed that I wouldn’t pay for the undercooked food and asked to speak to the manager, he ignored me and walked away. Another employee did check in to see if we were okay, but I was too overwhelmed to respond. In the end, my friend had to intervene to resolve the situation. Thankfully, the manager eventually removed the sandwich from my bill, but I felt disrespected and upset by the unprofessional behavior I encountered. I highly recommend that the restaurant consider providing additional training for their staff in customer service or think about hiring new personnel. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews I saw."

"We had been eating at Sor Tino for more than eight years. However, last night was our first time back at Sor Tino since the Covid crisis began in March, The owner has made changes to adjust to Covid: the outdoor area is more open and bright. Safe distance between the tables has been implemented. I was very glad to hear that management was able to keep their kitchen crew employed throughout the Covid shutdown. The food, as always, is excellent. Prices have gone up, but it is understandable after considering how the entire restaurant industry has been hurt by the Covid crisis."

"We got two appetizers including the burrata and I can't remember the other one and my fiance got the chicken parmesan and I got the chicken piccata. The chicken piccata sauce was disappointing disappointing at best it tasted a little like dish detergent and the piece of chicken was pale and under seasoned almost boiled honestly laid within the pasta. Such a shame the desserts were fabulous"
