"During my vacation, I made a reservation at Ore House for 5pm on a Friday. The staff was great and the restaurant was very clean. I especially enjoyed the cowboy atmosphere. The drinks were strong and delicious. We ordered the French dip with asparagus and baked potato, as well as the 8 oz prime rib cooked medium rare. Both dishes were cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing - probably the best prime rib I've ever had. Our waiter, Nate, was fantastic. To top off our meal, we had the Mud Pie for dessert, which was a total must-have."

"Oystercatchers is beautiful with many windows with great views. The staff is very accommodating and our server was great. They had a piano player in the past but no longer. The menu is limited and expensive. Bread was great. Wine pour was small. Husband had black grouper which was served with black risotto which we did not like. Very noisy. The diners seemed on the young side there were quite a few families with children. Dress was very casual some men had baseball hats some in shorts. Would describe as a chic restaurant but not a date night place."

"Dinner last night was awesome!!! Believe it or not, it was my first time at a table side hibachi. I was there to celebrate a birthday for my friend and there was 8 or 9 of us. While waiting on our reservation, a couple of us sat in the bar where I got a bottle is sparkling sake and it was really tasty, as in I think it?s what champagne wishes it was. Then came the salad and miso. The soup was great and the salad had the best dressing I?ve ever had on it. I don?t know what dressing Japanese restaurants use, but the one I had last night was the best of any I?ve tried. I went with appetizer of coral eel sushi. I don?t know who looked at an eel and said ?I bet if we kill it and eat it raw it?s going to taste great,? but I?m glad they did. Then I had the main course where I went with steak and scallops. I ordered extra rice and it was unnecessary. I couldn?t finish it all. I was stuffed!!! Go there! I was very pleased!!!"

"I had made a reservation for 7:30 at a restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, where we were also staying at the River Crab hotel. Unfortunately, despite our reservation, we were not seated until 7:45 and by 8:05 no one had come to our table. After finally asking for water at 8:15, a boy brought it to us and promised to send over a waitress. However, by 8:30, we still had not been helped and had to approach the hostess to ask for assistance. By 8:40, we were still ignored by every waitress, leading to us leaving the restaurant and going elsewhere for dinner. The poor service completely ruined my son's birthday celebration and left me feeling upset and unheard. I have never experienced such disrespect at a restaurant and will be sure to share my negative experience with friends. There is no excuse for this type of service."

"I strongly advise against visiting Minado Japanese Restaurant in East Norriton. I have never experienced such rudeness from a restaurant manager regarding food and gratuity. I used to recommend this place to many people over the years, but the quality of the food has significantly declined. I was fighting the feeling of being sick after eating crab and beef that were not fully cooked, and the raw oysters I tried had a questionable smell. At one point, the owner personally came out to apologize for the undercooked crab, so it’s clear they were aware of the issue. There are far too many risks for potential food poisoning here. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager made things worse, speaking in a condescending tone and not allowing us to voice our concerns, all while wishing us a Happy New Year."

However, I dined here last night and noticed that the menu has been significantly reduced, with many of my favorite dishes no longer available. "The prices here are outrageous, and the food didn’t live up to expectations. One diner even remarked that a burger he had at the racetrack was far better than the $34 wagyu burger served here. The $44 grouper was smothered in a heavy sauce, completely masking the taste of the fish. The snapper was served whole but was also bland and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, both the snapper and grouper came out without any side dishes. The whipped potatoes we ordered separately arrived cold, with chunks of cheese still intact instead of being properly blended. Overall, it was a very disappointing final meal for our trip, costing $355 for four people for food that just wasn’t good. One diner even suggested that Subway would have been a better choice, and the others all nodded in agreement."
