"a hit or miss. a visit I serve well and eat fresh, the next thing I do?t. I know every time we wait too long until our orders arrive. I saw chefs/kitchen staff on the back of the load smoking and take it seriously and slowly, just hang and talk to each other, for 20 minutes on a busy Friday night! it was crazy. when the chefs went back to the restaurant and to the kitchen, they ran in a chick pace. in this night we waited 40 minutes for our food. also their aprons were dirty and their barts/hairs were not stained. I would love this restaurant, but it is a gamble and eating is too expensive to play on a cold steak. I wish they had better management, which the employees supervised and weakened, instead of watching, talking to each other, while the customers need to refill on their drinks and hot dips."
