"It?s a hit or miss. One visit I get good service and fresh food, the next I don?t. I know every time we wait entirely too long for our orders to arrive. I witnessed chefs/kitchen staff hanging at the back of the store smoking and seriously taking it slowand easy, just hanging and talking to each other, for 20 minutes on a busy Friday night! It was insane. When the cooks/staffwalked back into the restaurant and into the kitchen, they were walking at a snail?s pace. That night we waited 40 minutes forour food. Also their aprons were filthy and their beards/hair were not groomed. I would love this restaurant but it?s a gambleand the food is too expensive to gamble on a cold steak. I wish they had better management that supervised and made employeeshustle instead of watching them talk to each other while customers need refills on their drinks and hot food."

Stayed in the Fairfield right next door and simply walked over. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Food was GREAT. This will be our GOTO when visiting family at Rucker.

Moriah was our waitress and did a great job. The ribs were smoky and tender. The 6 oz filet was perfectly medium. We started the meal with the loaded Queso Blanco appetizer and it's addictive. The Chipotle ranch salad dressing is my favorite at Sante Fe.

Ordered a 16 oz steak with a sweet potato and Coleslaw and it was served quite quickly. This facility a few years ago had the drain As if they wanted us to start our business elsewhere. So I did as well as several families I knew for years; until only the other day back to reality. Hopefully they keep the good work up.

I must admit I haven't been here for almost a year and let me just say how delicious our food looked and tasted. It took a while but that was ok. It was worth the wait. The server was super nice and friendly and so helpful. Oh I must recommend this drink the Blue Lagoon it was so good. ?? The pic below is a Southwest Shrimp Po'boy omg so freaking good. I must admit I haven’t visited this restaurant in nearly a year, but I was really impressed by how delicious our food looked and tasted. It did take some time for our meals to arrive, but that was perfectly fine—it was well worth the wait. The server was incredibly friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend trying the Blue Lagoon drink; it's fantastic! The picture below shows the Southwest Shrimp Po'boy, which was absolutely amazing. The shrimp were perfectly sized. Yum!

I would love this restaurant, but it is a gamble and eating is too expensive to play on a cold steak. I wish they had better management, which the employees supervised and weakened...
