"The driver assured me he would return to get my correct order, and I asked him to give me about 15 minutes. However, after waiting that long, I still hadn't received a call or my pizza. I called the driver back, and he stated that the manager claimed he had called me and spoken to me, which was not true.
I then called the restaurant and spoke to someone named "Happy." Ironically, I was the unhappy one without my pizza. He mentioned they would send me a loan for a medium pizza. I found it odd when he introduced himself and added “hug” to his name, as it felt insincere. If they really cared, they would have addressed this sooner and ensured my original order was correct.
At this point, I am still hungry and really wanted my cheese pizza but had no extra money to order from another place. I had budgeted just enough for what I initially ordered. Overall, this first experience was disappointing, and I will be following up regarding my credit."
