"Samburgers is located in the Little Italy Food Hall, serving up various styles of burgers created by the famous YouTuber Sam the Cooking guy.I decided to place an order for the bacon bacon cheddar burger, which came with ground sirloin, brisket, and short rib and ended up getting it ruined with tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. I went ahead and added ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Within minutes, my burger was ready and was placed in a nice bag with my name on it.First things first, the boxing and presentation were beautifully done, and the burger looked fantastic! The bacon was crispy, and the cheese was melted to perfection. The shredded lettuce was crisp, and the meat was seasoned and grilled well. The only downfall for the burger was the bun. It appeared the bun wasn't grilled at all and was at room temperature. This, to me, was a huge factor since so much work went into the burger. I honestly feel that if they put so much love and work into the burger, they could at least grill the bun and heat it up to make the burger go from a good burger to a great burger.Overall, with a little tweak and peak, I feel this could be a great place, but unfortunately, the bun played a huge factor in my opinion. Prices were fair, and the customer service was average."
