Tried to call NUMEROUS times over a 45 minute period to try to make reservations for dinner, but could never get anyone to pick up the phone. Have eaten here several times over the years, but not recently. It's Usually a long wait, when there are several tables available. The food is good, and servers are nice, but the prices are a bit high for what is served.

Received take out from Cafe 4. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Hash. It was not worth the $15 I was charged for it. There was a small bit of salmon and the salmon was also very dry. The biscuit was very hard and severely over-baked. Cafe 4 is usually on point with their food, but their brunch has been some of the worst I've had in Knoxville, especially for the price point.

One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had in Knoxville. My wife had the maple pecan salmon with the crispy Brussel sprouts and mac cheese. Oh, the mac cheese! Some of the best ever. I ordered the steak with fried, well seasoned potatoes and the mac cheese too. We finished it off with the apple pie, and the bread pudding for dessert which were both excellent. Update from July 2022: Too busy, food too heavy. We went in for lunch today and it was so loud inside (too many seats in this space, which indicates cheap seat allocation; the glass in between the seating areas really doesn’t help). My chicken and waffle was unfortunately a little disappointing; the breading completely separated from the chicken which suggests that it might have been reheated; soggy waffles and peppery gravy (it gave me a little bit of an upset stomach too).
