"On Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was quite empty. The waiter took our orders right away. We ordered drinks, a starter, and our main meals. After 25 minutes, we finally received our drinks. The main courses arrived about 10 minutes later, but we were still waiting on the appetizer. When the waiter finally brought it out, he mentioned they had to cut "more potatoes" because they ran out, without any prior notice. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. If the restaurant had been busy, it might have been more understandable. Throughout our time at Twigs, we noticed our waiter frequently chatting at a nearby table, even sitting with them at one point. He seemed more focused on his friends than attending to other customers. Needless to say, we were not impressed with his service. What happened to good customer service?"
