"My husband and I were quite disappointed with our experience. He couldn't finish his chicken parmesan because the texture beneath the cheese was off, resembling undercooked eggs. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp and had to request more shrimp since the ones I received were cold and seemed barely grilled. The new shrimp that were brought out were much better. Unfortunately, we couldn't order any of the appetizers we wanted due to issues with the deep fryer, so we opted for salads instead. My husband asked for ranch dressing but wasn't informed that it came in a packet. Overall, our experience was not great, and we won't be returning. We were really let down, especially since our colleagues had recommended the food highly."

Excellent service but the food was not tasty, especially for the price.

The American Burger was juicy and delicious! And, of course, you can't beat the view.

Not to busy but the service was lacking. The wait staff never checked on us, we had to track them down for drinks, two steak knives for our ribeyes and even to pick up our payment so we could leave. View menu

Everything was great, except our server was a bit slow. We sat at our table and waited about 30-40 minutes for our orders to be taken, and then it took a long time for our food to arrive. In total, we spent about 3-4 hours at the restaurant. I'm sorry to say this.

Food was okay. Fish and chips were much better with the previous owner. No fresh fruit, which I thought was odd considering we live on an island. Side salad is not worth the money; lettuce, ONE cherry tomato, ONE slice of cucumber and a few strings of carrot should not be considered a salad. We would possibly go back, but not a restaurant to look forward to.

We tried the surf and turf, which was huly huly chicken and coconut shrimp. Both were very good, but I would not get the chicken again. It was served as a half chicken. I would rather get something less messy and cumbersome. I had the empanada for dessert. It was great, but if got it again, I would ask for extra ice cream. All in all it was very good, and we will be back. View menu

We went here for Mother's Day and for the price and location it was good. The location is right on the water with a gorgeous view of Mamala Bay. The service was average with the server needing to be reminded about utensils and water. The food for the price was average. There was a good variety and it was significantly less expensive than Waikiki. Overall it was a good experience and worth what you pay.

In December 2016, we had another disappointing experience at this restaurant. Our server seemed disinterested and reluctant to be there, and the quality of the dishes was noticeably lacking. His service was poor across the board. We had hoped this time would be different, but once again we encountered unacceptable service. In the restaurant industry, good service is essential, and sadly, this establishment has not met that standard on two separate occasions.

"Normally I love Panda Express. Normally I eat my normal meal...a plate with half super greens, half chow mein, and teri chicken and Shanghai beef. This is my go to. It is my safe place. A little healthy, a little heat, and I 'm happy. Well, the marketing team for Panda has done their job, and they 've done it well! I strayed from my safe place, from the norm, and I tried something new. Deemed their szechuan chicken, and labeled as spicy with an option to even order it 'extra SPICY ', I was hooked in. It was a one time event, which I suppose is the intention of a chain restaurant 's limited time fare...good or bad, they got you in the door. The chicken strips, I mean, the szechuan chicken, were/was okay. The chicken meat was all white, and good quality. But the fried batter on the chicken was just okay, with the heat level from these orange glowing nuggets being nearly nonexistent on their own, and very minimal with the addition of Panda 's extra spicy powder which I requested. Szechuan chicken, aka, overly salty marketing gimmick. Not great, good-ish, but not worth a second go. Perhaps the insult to injury is that a portion is 3 of these little chicken fingers. Thankfully in my plate I also had the teri chicken, no sauce...it redeemed my lunch plate portion. My wife, on the other hand, orders the bowl with super greens and an entree, and the 3 sad pieces of chicken on top of stir fried kale, cabbage, and broccoli made for a sad and small lunch choice. We 'll be back to Panda, but we 'll also be back to our go to safe places!"
