"I haven't eaten at Arby's in many years, and I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I had old assumptions about it being just another typical fast food joint, but it exceeded my expectations. The fries are simply unbeatable, and the gyro was far better than what you usually find in fast food today. The cashiers, Alex and Dylan, were very polite and helpful, which was impressive given their young age. It's refreshing to see employees creating a positive atmosphere in a setting that can often feel dreary (like many fast food places). Everything was clean, and the seating area was well-organized. I highly recommend this location; it will definitely surprise you!"

"I ordered online for a 12:30 pick up mind you this is my lunch break from work. I get there at 12:30, food isn't ready and the cashier was with a customer. She was struggling giving him change states she didn't know math, that is reassuring as a customer and business owner to say the least. While helping that customer she acknowledged me and said she'd be with me next. After the customer she was helping at the front counter was taken care of, I figured I was next as she said. She proceed to walk past me to service the drive thru. That's when I said something and received an attitude from her because the drive thru was backed up. After I spoke up a lady came from the back on the phone, continued talking while getting my food and her attitude was poor as I pointed out her phone call appeared more important than the customer in front of her. Both ladies acted and treated me very rudely and unprofessional. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 plus years and that behavior is unexceptable. Don't spend your very hard earned money there!!!"

"I went here today and was in the mood for a new sandwich. I told the person taking my order named Jimmy that I love the roast beef but also was in the mood for a chicken sandwich. Jimmy then told me about the Meat Mountain. A secret menu sandwich that has all the meats Arby's has to offer! This sounded amazing and was right up my alley. I told Jimmy I want it and he then made it for me. What made Jimmy such a great sandwich technician was that as he was making me the food. He was telling me all about the sandwich history and his technique for making the meat mountain. I truly feel like it was made with love! It was the best sandwich I've had at Arby's."

"Ok so we rely on this fast drive through for the kids when they need their “favorite sandwich”, the original roast beef. Service is friendly. The inside has been renovated and is so fresh and clean. Nice wood accents. Tables spaced apart, high and low seating. The jalapeño poppers filled with cream cheese were spot on, totally hot and crispy, fried fresh. Best I’ve ever had. Only a few things took away the one star. Sticky bathroom floor and ketchup machine was empty, just a few small details to improve. The bathrooms I approve of otherwise. Huge, very handicap accessible, nice diaper changer inside for babies and toddlers. The wraps there (Buffalo chicken is my favorite) is, dare I say, phenomenal. It’s spicy and crispy with a fresh stretchy tortilla-style whole wheat wrap. Could use a tad more lettuce inside though. I saw today they have a Cajun catfish wrap. Sounds interesting. Spent just under $30 today feeding 3 people (2 of them kids). Update and tip: if you are down to the bottom of your fries supply etc, and you say, fresh fries coming up just wait an extra couple minutes, please don’t give someone one order of fries that’s the bottom of the last batch and soggy-like warm and one batch that’s nice and new and hot and fresh. Clearly you give the customer a fully fresh batch. Just an error in judgement but some training/policy could be used."

"We never have issues coming here. Everything is great. Today though, we ordered a large orange cream shake to share. Weren't told there's one size. No biggie. Then we find a piece of mold on the whip cream. I'm assuming it's from the nozzles. After that, we open the bag to get our fries (can't have an orange cream shake without fries) and see that not only were we given the bottom of the barrel fries. Burnt, crispy tiny pieces, but the container was BARELY half full. Really disappointed. Especially being 7 months pregnant with a craving for this specific item. Will try to give this location a second chance before having to wait a year for the shake to come back."

"I visited Arby's for the very first time, and I had to try their wagyu burger. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm quite picky about burgers ever since I had Whataburger in Texas, but Arby's truly impressed me with this one. It was absolutely delicious! It's too bad it's only available for a limited time; otherwise, it would become my go-to burger place."

"The food here has always been better than chains like KFC. Problem is, over the years just like everyone else the prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. The food is still good but it's just not the same quality it was in the 2000s. Chicken doesn't have as much flavor. And the sides such as mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese have been cut in half. Meaning if you order their large family strip meal which is over $40 with tax you'll get tons of strips and six biscuits along with a decent sized box of potato wedges that is not as full as it used to be. But you'll also get two smaller containers of sides. Anything that comes in a Styrofoam cup is smaller than it used to be. It's about two helpings. It's just not worth the money paying all this extra to get these small sides when you have all this other food that outlasts the sides by a couple of days at least. Just getting the regular strip meal the size and smaller portions of the sides is very apparent compared to 10 or more years ago. It's maybe one small spoonful of macaroni and cheese and only a few wedges. Your hours are worse than they used to be also. You at least used to be open until 9:00 p.m. Now closing at 8:00 p.m. even on a weekend which is ridiculous in a city this size. Again, the food is good. But it's like everything else now and not worth the price for worse quality and smaller portions and the hours just don't work for people that don't operate during simple banking hours."

"Update: Dropped another lunch on them on Thursday for $503. You nailed it again! Original review: The next day, twenty 3 pieces of meals ordered for 11:30. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they were busy packed every box with fresh hot chicken and all sides. Very fast and accommodating."

"My son picked up dinner on April 26 around 7:45 PM. I ordered the Famous chicken strips as I cannot have spicy food due to severe reflux. I also ordered the baked beans. To my disappointment, both dishes were too spicy for me to eat. This location has consistently gotten our orders wrong in the past, and it has become a recurring issue. It is important for people to be able to eat food that is safe for their health, not because they are picky. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant."
