"So I typically do not come to this location as I live out north, but because I decided that I wanted this for lunch and I work in Waynedale I came to this location. It would do your manager CHI well to learn how to be professional, and to not leave her consumer feeling like a bother or discriminated against. She was very polite to the caucasian ladies that ordered before me even though they were quite indecisive because apparently they come in regularly, but because I changed my mind on an order number I get huffing and puffing as though I asked her to go back and make me fresh chicken. I apologized for the change upfront at that. Not only that but she still got the order wrong in the fact that I asked for a 2pc strip lunch special and not bone in, but the icing on the cake was the attitude on the sugar substitute for my unsweet tea. If you don't like your job find another, but to single me out as though I was rude or asked you to go above and beyond the scope of your job wasn't okay at all. I won't return I'll go all the way out north before I come back there. Chi or whatever your name is not a great example of how her employees should be conducting themselves as far as professionalism and personality. I have worked in retail for over 18 years in training and development and never been so appalled."

Update: Dropped another lunch on them on Thursday for $503. You nailed it again! Original review: The next day, twenty 3 pieces of meals ordered for 11:30. I arrived about 20 minutes early and they were busy packed every box with fresh hot chicken and all sides. Very fast and accommodating.
