Ice cold greasy curly fries ? even after waiting in front of the store for 5 mins.

Apple turnover a little dry ,should have a little bit of moisture so the top of the turnover doesn't exhibit britleflacks and icing falling off . It's still good,just dry and messy. View menu

We came inside to order, and the guy at the front was friendly but they ended up forgetting one of the sandwiches and all the other beef and chedders we got were super greasy and messy.

The manager margie has help me w the onlone app and she was so patient w me great general manager and crew i was so thankful to have gotten help i would not of figured it out on my own Kid-friendliness: So sweet to my daughter came up and takked to her and asked how her meal was

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and was disappointed to find that it only had one slice of beef, and this was the same for both sandwiches I received. I do not recommend this restaurant. Additionally, the fries were cold. Overall, my meal was disappointing. The price per person was $10-20 for dinner. I would rate the food as 1 out of 5. View menu

I asked for light ice in my strawberry lemonade, pulled up to be handed a full cup of ice. I simply asked could I get light ice and the manager Margie rolls her eyes and tells me I will have to pull forward and wait now. I look in my rear view and there are no cars behind me so now I’m confused on why she needed me to pull forward, probably because she didn’t want me to see her spitting in the new drink she had to pour. So I simply just ask her for my money back, she asked why and I told her I don’t like her attitude for a simple request that I asked for when placing my order.

I must admit, I don't want to be too typical, but the food at this Arby's is consistently high quality like most others. I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches, as well as their other options such as those with or without bacon, fish sandwiches, and of course their famous curly fries. Don't forget to try the shakes as well! The location of this restaurant is convenient, near Lowe's and a strip mall with multiple stores, offering plenty of parking options. The service at this particular Arby's is top-notch, making for a pleasant dine-in experience. The prices are reasonable, ranging from $10-20 per person for a lunch meal. I ordered online for a 12:30 pick up mind you this is my lunch break from work. I get there at 12:30, food isn't ready and the cashier was with a customer. She was struggling giving him change states she didn't know math, that is reassuring as a customer and business owner to say the least. While helping that customer she acknowledged me and said she'd be with me next. After the customer she was helping at the front counter was taken care of, I figured I was next as she said. She proceed to walk past me to service the drive thru. That's when I said something and received an attitude from her because the drive thru was backed up.
