"Great Food, Terrible Customer Service**I've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the terrible customer service. The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. I ordered an iced latte, which was advertised on the menu, but I suspect it was simply hot coffee poured over ice. The service was extremely slow, and they didn't even call out the order numbers. "Stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes in sandwich line alone. Thought I was invisible for a minute. Workers looking at me and just ignoring me especially the drive thru girl who kept turning around after noticing me . Wow, what did I do to deserve this treatment. "Might’ve been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Took 29 minutes for 2 cars to get thru. Messed up my order of a 2 chicken strip combo.. and looked like somewhat sat on my sundae. Just sad and at the window to pay nobody was there, I pull up to have an employee harass me that I should’ve paid and he didn’t even acknowledge that nobody was at the pay window that I waited 5 minutes at."

"It's been two years since I've been at Braums. Two years ago when I first arrived, in OK, Braums was one of my first stops. The food is delicious and the prices r reasonable. Very family oriented. My friend used the bathroom. Most of u who read my surveys know I NEVER use public bathrooms. Still, the place was clean... plenty of parking and a very small shopping area inside the store. This was a welcome change from the everyday routine. We had burgers, fries, shakes, and coned ice cream. I will go there again."

"The location by La Fiesta was even more frustrating. We ordered two burger meals with a malt and a mix. After charging us, they informed us that we couldn't have a mix and made us pay again for a malt. It was their mistake, and then they told my mom to wait in a different line for the mix. But how could she retrieve her food when it was ready? It’s impossible to be in two places at once. Thankfully, I stayed back to wait for it. The shift manager was incredibly rude. If you make so many mistakes, shouldn’t you try to fix the issues? The saga continued, and they ended up losing our order just like before. When we finally did get our food, they had forgotten our malts. We waited and watched as families in line for ice cream walked out one after another. The lady at the front counter was kind and tried to help by making our malts, but she was overwhelmed trying to juggle front service and our order. Finally, we got our malts and left after 45 minutes, and I can confidently say we will never go back."

"Caution!!! I said I wanted no nuts in my ice cream, and they didn't tell me the ice cream I selected had nuts in it. There is no discription on any of the flavors or warnings. Thankfully I do not have an allergy, but it could have been horrible for someone who does. Overall it was alright. Clean enough I guess, but the rush of people made the place look unorganized. It is hard to see the ice cream selections while people stand in line in front of it. You won't know all your options til you get to the front of the line, and by then you can't compare the flavors to the ones closer to the start of the line. We liked the ice cream and topping selections. Not the best, but it was enjoyable. The servicers were kind even with the nut incident."

"past few months hubby and i have been going to the neosho braums for breakfast every now and then as a weekend treat... yesterday we went there for lunch.. the food is really good. fair prices. staff are friendly. the place bathrooms too) was clean. now it is an older building and could use some updating. but it was clean and tidy.. yesterday when hubby and i went to sit down I accidentally knocked his shake off the tray.. it was MY fault... we cleaned it up best we could then went and told a staff memeber. they finished cleaning it up quickly. and before we even started eating they brought hubby a fresh shake. no charge. we did not expect that as it was my fault the shake got knocked off the tray. so they quickly cleaned up REMEMBERED what shake hubby ordered or checked computer) and did not charge us for the replacement shake... during the whole thing the staff had a friendly manner. we will be going back."

"We were there for breakfast this morning at 7:45. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to take our order, one server who was working at the Fresh Market checkout counter made eye contact with my wife while walking to the kitchen but he didn't come to the counter to serve us. The woman who came to serve us finally was also taking orders and serving customers at the drive through. A lot of the tables were dirty and they didn't have any coffee made an hour and 45 minutes after they opened. I finally got.my coffee about 5 minutes after we got our food but it was lukewarm."

"The establishment is a bit outdated inside. That 's my only complaint. That should speak volumes. Always good food, good location, fast and friendly service at this location. Food is usually piping hot, tastes great, and you get what you order (especially good for those who request special features to their order, e.g. plain, no pickles, ketchup only...etc,. . However, if you do encounter an issue, the staff is more than willing to rectify the situation. The market (small grocery store inside is also adequately stocked, retains decent pricing (per today 's standards...ugh I KNOW , and has a decent selection. All in all, generally a good choice for quick meals. Also, a MUST try for those traveling from outside of the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri area. Stop by and give it a go. "Check your order! Ordered a chicken salad through the drive through... Not only did they forget a fork in the bag, they forgot the chicken. Wife went in to use the restroom while I ordered said she could smell stale urine clear down the hallway and the stench in the bathroom itself was atrocious with the smell gag worthy. Noted messed up order after on down the interstate called the manager and said they couldn't refund without returning to store with product and receipt. Obviously not worth going back! Definitely recommend traveling a little further south to stop or try another fast food place in the area."

"I’ve lived in various parts of Oklahoma and have visited many Braums locations, but I was taken aback by the state of this particular restaurant. It appeared to be poorly managed and very dirty. I stood there for five minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. It took nearly 15 minutes just to place my order. There were at least three people working at the front counter, yet none of them offered assistance right away. I ordered a banana split, and it was put together very carelessly; the whipped cream was already melting by the time it reached me. In terms of customer service, this team definitely needs retraining. It was clear that customers were not their top priority."

"I love this place, it's a convenience store for icecream burger lovers. Food was good, bacon was crispy on my sandwich. The price was very affordable. But the lady who took our order there kind of rebelled when I said I wanted the fancy Sunday but no sauce, just everything else. "Worst service we have ever had tonight and we come here a lot. It was not a huge deal at first. They were steadily busy, but not terrible. The girl messed up on our order at first no biggie reordered fries, finally our food came out after about a 20 minutewait no biggie but 2 chicken sandwiches and a chicken dinner which was in our order did not come out. They were good aboutgetting the rest of our order out but then it was wrong they were burgers not chicken sandwiches. The young manager and theyoung girl up front quickly got the cooks on remaking our order. The cook apologized. It took about a half hour to get our firesand chicken sandwiches out. Most of the people in the restaurant had long waits and messed up orders. No one was rude to them. Iwas not going to say anything until a nice couple who waited the entire time through this for a burger got their food slammeddown. The young man who decided that's how you treat customers no no that is not. They never once complained or said anything.That's when I had to get up and speak to the young man who stated he was the manager on duty. No apologies, nothing offered.Just excuses of being very busy. He was definitely overwhelmed. It is still unexceptionable even if busy (which they were not)to be rude to your paying customers."
