"The establishment is a bit outdated inside. That 's my only complaint. That should speak volumes. Always good food, good location, fast and friendly service at this location. Food is usually piping hot, tastes great, and you get what you order (especially good for those who request special features to their order, e.g. plain, no pickles, ketchup only...etc,. . However, if you do encounter an issue, the staff is more than willing to rectify the situation. The market (small grocery store inside is also adequately stocked, retains decent pricing (per today 's standards...ugh I KNOW , and has a decent selection. All in all, generally a good choice for quick meals. Also, a MUST try for those traveling from outside of the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri area. Stop by and give it a go. As I always say at the end of my reviews, You receive what you 've earned. Nothing more, nothing less. Thanks for reading. Safe Travels, Dave."

The service was fast and efficient. We ordered ice cream, and both were prepared exactly to our specifications and quickly. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoy the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits along with the orange juice there. They're much better and significantly cheaper than what you'd find at McDonald's. View menu

The cappuccino chunky chocolate is absolutely fantastic! Additionally, their grocery section offers nearly everything you might need for a quick shopping trip. The quality of their meat is even better than what you find in regular stores.

During my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary ice cream cone while sitting in the lobby, likely from a canceled order. I've been coming to this Braum's since I was a child, and it's the only one I've ever frequented. The service here is excellent!

We decided to drop by for a burger made with real beef, especially in a time when soy and vegetable patties are so common. Braum's definitely delivered. The burgers were tasty, and the fries were served hot. If you're looking for consistently excellent burgers made with 100% beef, I highly recommend giving Braum's a try. View menu

I also decided to try ordering a few groceries through the Braum's app, and it was incredibly easy and budget-friendly! I got a jug of fruit punch, individual cups of strawberry ice cream, pepperoni, salami, turkey slices, and an 8-pound bag of ice for just $21.00! It was the perfect addition for a small birthday celebration, and they even delivered it to my car. Overall, the app gets a 10/10 from me!

The ice cream and burgers here are fantastic. However, I’ve noticed that with so many younger teens on staff, it seems challenging for management to ensure that they all learn proper etiquette with customers, maintain product presentation, and effectively represent the brand. They aren’t bad workers—they’re just teenagers. There’s a significant difference between simply hiring extra help and nurturing the next generation of the workforce to prepare them for adulthood.

"Hadn’t been to Benson’s in a while, it’s a small restaurant and usually busy, but I had read some comments lately about how good the food is, so my son, granddaughter, and I tried it on a Saturday morning about 10am. Had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The waitstaff moved quickly and efficiently and were very welcoming and very attentive. They moved about the small space with the intention of keeping the customers fed and taken care of. The restaurant was very clean. I was intrigued by the Gotcha description even tho I usually don’t care for current day versions of biscuits and sausage gravy. I couldn’t imagine how it could be served without being a soggy mess. Anyway, I decided to try it, added cheese and onions to the hashbrowns, and asked for bacon on the side rather than stacked. Coffee cups were kept filled. Service was fast, the restaurant was full the entire time we were there. I was completely Gobsmacked by the Gotcha. The biscuit on the bottom was not soggy, I could taste the firmness of the outside and fluffy of the inside. The hashbrowns were crisp with just the right amount of cheddar so you could see and taste it. Eggs were scrambled. The side of bacon was cooked just crisp enough. The crowning glory was the white gravy (no sausage, the gravy stood alone! with a decent amount of black pepper, it really was a lovely dish! This is the gravy of my childhood which was a staple, either for breakfast or for supper to accent a platter of fried chicken and mashed potatoes. My greatest compliment of this dish is that is that it was not over salted. I have a great sensitivity/dislike of high sodium foods and I know this dish lends itself to high sodium….but salt was not added to this food to make it more palatable! We were offered the addition of extra spice, jalapeños, choice of hot sauces, but the flavor of the dish held its own, the first taste/flavor was not screaming high sodium! I’m still not sure how this combo worked so well, but it’s a fantastic breakfast and I will be back soon."
