"Food: Decent enough. Wasn't bad, but nothing to brag about. (2-Steak, Egg and Cheese Biscuits, Lg Seasoned Fries and a Lg Drink... over $17. Prices are getting stupid, folks. Service: I guess they are doing what they can with who they have, but most of the employees appeared as if they were there for a paycheck and not a job. That being said, everyone was polite yet acted as if it was a bother to be there in the first place. Long wait time on food and, if it was the correct items, no longer hot. Atmosphere: No one was being loud or obnoxious or letting everyone else in the restaurant know what their phone conversation was about. Most of the customers appeared to be in good spirits. The music was a good mix (including Christian music which I personally enjoy with nothing being played that children couldn't (or shouldn't listen to. Was pretty good. *Review based on this visit only. This store can be hit or miss. One day it's awesome, next day you may get your food before you retire. Good luck!"

"Just a heads up for all truck drivers and also people who watch their commercials I ordered Bo-Berry biscuits and drove off in a hurry to meet a deadline. I checked my order while driving and saw that my order was completely burned. I promptly drove back to tell them that they accidentally burned my biscuits. The cashier looked at me like what are you talking about? She literally kept saying but we just took them out of the oven. And I kept saying but they 're burnt and impossible to eat unless I soak them in water. Finally, I asked didn 't y 'all make them fresh as advertised in the commercial and on the poster displayed on the window? She said, We don 't do that. We make them in the morning and put them back in the oven when people order them and they sometimes over cook them."

"I have dined at this restaurant, as well as at every Bojangle's location I have come across in North Carolina. My go-to order is always a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, sometimes even two when I want to switch things up. I also like to pair it with a beer bite. To balance out the sweetness of the Bo-Berry biscuit, I usually opt for half sweet and half unsweet tea. I truly enjoy my meals here and look forward to dining here again in the future. "This was our first time eating at a Bojangles and unfortunately we weren’t too impressed. The service was quick and the employees were all great but the food was more of a like warm and it didn’t taste very fresh. We don’t have any locations in our area so it’ll be a while before we’re able to try it again. "Editing to add: I have emailed BoJangles corporate and have not received a response. We continue to receive terrible service. Worst customer service I have experienced. We have ordered on the app and waited 45 minutes before arriving at thestore and the order still wasn?t ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the order ready. They claimed itdidn?t come in until I arrived. I?ll give the benefit of the doubt. I made an order again a few weeks later through the app andthought if I called to make sure they got the order they could be aware of the situation. The ?manager? was short tempered, cutme off multiple times, and just would not listen to the problem I was having. I just wanted her to listen to what had happenedso we could avoid the situation for a fourth time. She would not listen. No accountability. We will be going to Seneca which isout of our way."

"After a long day at work, I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a thigh and a wing, but instead received a cold, dry chicken breast and a wing. The fries were no better; I specifically asked for fresh, hot fries, but instead I got reheated, hard, dry ones. When I inquired again about getting fresh fries, I ended up with an even larger serving of the same unappetizing fries. Thank you, but I won't be returning. This was a waste of both my time and money."

"I also ordered an 18-piece chicken but specifically requested no chicken breasts, asking instead for extra thighs or drumsticks. Unfortunately, they still gave me chicken breasts. "This location had three employees not show up for work and they still did an amazing job!! The food was perfect and the service was reasonably fast considering the circumstances. My order consisted of: Sausage egg biscuit combo, pork chop biscuit combo, bacon egg biscuit combo, and a kids Mac Cheese with Botato Rounds. Everyone enjoyed the food and there were no issues with food being cold or prepared improperly. This location also knows how to place items in the kids box so that they do not get destroyed. The biscuit in my son's meal was prefect. We highly recommend this location!!!"

"So I recently attempted to place an order for a chicken sandwich unfortunately the cashier let me know that they did not start selling lunch until 10:30 and it was 10:23. I politely told her I’d pull around and wait the 7 minutes she said that was fine. I drove back around at 10:35 and tried to place the same order for her to say they aren’t available still and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes. I’m confused if lunch starts at 10:30 any item on the lunch menu should be able to be ordered at 10:30."

"I visited for breakfast, but unfortunately, I won’t be going back. I found a dead fly floating in my drink, but luckily I opened the lid before taking a sip, as I had forgotten to grab a straw. When I went to the counter to ask for a replacement orange juice, since the drinks were sealed, I was shocked to learn that I would have to pay extra for it! Really? I had a fly in my drink, and I’m being charged for a replacement? There wasn't even an apology! I won't be returning – this was the worst customer service I've ever encountered!"

"I traveled to Monroe, 5th March 2022 to get a planner with a friend. he had found a deal online and since I had a truck and lots of free time, we were gone. After picking up the equipment and return on the road he decided to take us to bojangles. I was totally in the position. the team worked together like a well-oiled machine that kept eating and the drive-thin hopping. everyone was polite and we had a short waiting time. we both have the new crispy chicken sandwiches (compare to popeye’s) and I got kartoffel cleanliness and he chose pommes, and we both have tee. bojangles tee is good when the recipe follows! this tee was amazing (maybe I was also a little paved). the sandwiches were hot, freshly delicious. this location is now in my top five bojangles location for a great food service. there are some interesting places in monroe so that I could make a different trip soon!"

"This is the fourth time I have stopped here for lunch over the past few weeks and every time the food has gone down the chicken has no flavor like it's been breaded with nothing no seasonings or anything of that nature and always very dry the skin andcrushed are so hard you can't eat it. "I have only written 2 reviews over the past 5 years!! However, I stopped by the Bojangles drive thru last night approximately 7:45 pm 1 car in front of me. Slow service asked to pull forward to wait for my order after 15 minutes. There was another Bojangles staff that I could see from the drive thru windows that was shaking his head when he seen me still there 20 minutes wait (biscuit, fries and a tea). Today, I went through the drive thru at 3:40 pm 5 cars ahead of me in line. I finally turned my engine off at 4:00 pm in line/no movement of the 5 cars ahead!!! And I looked behind me for a car count and there was 8 cars!!! All waiting No One honked their car horns but 3 customers pulled out of the line and left. Finally movement 5 cars ahead… I pulled up to the windows at 4:08 pm and the guy says pull forward to wait on your Bo Cheddar biscuit that I ordered. I said what? He looked at me like I was a bad customer waiting in line since 3:40 pmIt’s 4:08 pm and all I said was your kidding right ?????? He rolled his eyes at me a High School Student yes lady pull forward they will bring your biscuit to you. Never … I am sorry for the long wait, your patience or anything! After coming home I decided to write a review. It’s saying a lot about Bojangles customer service and services, why? I never go to McDonald’s except for the occasional iced coffee. Today, I went to McDonald’s a nightmare. I got through the drive thru in 5 minutes total order, pay and pick up.P.S. In the past when I went one time an older black woman was fabulous, lovely personality with Awesome customer service skills! Today the younger generation has no customer service skills, respect for anyone except themselves, lazy unprofessional!!!"

"Fast service but probably due to terrible food (no one wants bad food)! The lady taking my order acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking questions regarding the amount of pieces the chicken comes in. Chicken was dry and shriveled up, it had been reheated way too many times. Rice was a mixture of fresh and old and greasy. I feel that I wasted money and I doubt if I return. When I called the store all the manager could tell me was that they had fresh chicken, no offer to replace what was given to me."

"That said, the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, some hash browns, and a drink. Their hash browns are impressive—they're larger than the competition's tater tots and wonderfully seasoned, so I didn't need to add any salt. I polished off the hash browns first, as they're perfect for snacking on the way, just like fries. The sandwiches were tasty, though I'm not a fan of the folded egg. I even bought a few extra biscuits to take home, but sadly only one made it back with me; in my defense, I had an 8-hour drive! Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and there was plenty of parking. I'd definitely return to this location again."

"Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing?no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn?t say anything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I?ll be right with you. Nothing! "Three cars in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window after I ordered. All 3 cars in front of me got parked because their order wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a simple combo. I asked the girl at window if my order was ready before I gave her my card and she said it was ready. After she gives me my card back and my drink she said to pull over while they finish the order. It is bad enough this store constantly screws up orders, but I don’t appreciate being lied to when I asked if the order was ready. Will never, ever go back to this store again. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places in Collinsville and Martinsville."
