"The restaurant had a hired photographer invading the privacy of the diners. We expressed to the manager that we were uncomfortable being photographed or our photo 's being used in their marketing materials. We were told they were blurring faces; however, we stated we were still uncomfortable and do not wish to participate. The photographer then went outside and continued taking photo 's directly at us. We spoke to the photographer directly who again stated that they would blurr faces. We were quite uncomfortable and not enjoying a peaceful meal and asked that he stop until we leave. The photographer said he was just doing his job and then brought the camera directly in front of our table and we could hear the Manager telling him that we weren 't going to like it; however, the photographer attempted to act as if he were taking photo 's the other direction and turned his camera directly on us. We again told them we were uncomfortable and to please stop. The Manager did nothing other than walk away. We immediately paid our check and left. The disrespect of how this was handled and to continue to make us uncomfortable during our meal was very disappointing."

"Great service! I haven't been this place yet and didn't know they changed most of their menu. The food is quite expensive, but the quality of the food was extremely delicious. Her steak was so tasteful and I have to say that they have the best steak sauce. It was so delicious. Her landscape is so covered and casual. We were there at night and I can't believe how many people eat outside. Well, it was really nice outside, but I liked the interior. I love how her wine room is designed. It sits right in the center of its building with glass walls/windows. It's beautiful! We'll be back with friends."

"The tables are pushed too close together. It makes it very loud inside and we saw several groups asking to be moved because there wasn't enough space to push chairs far enough back to sit without hitting another customer. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was so overcooked that the server noticed it himself and took it back without my needing to ask. The replacement was also overcooked, but not as bad. The service is great and the place has a good energy, but I prefer other options in the city."

Really disappointment was STEAK FRITES $49 NY PRIME, PEPPERCORN COGNAC SAUCE, CRISPY FRIES. Ordered medium rare delivered raw, marbled with congestive tissue very hard to chew. BLOOM BURGER $19 GLUTEN FREE OATS SUNFLOWER SEEDS, LETTUCE, TOMATO, SPECIAL SAUCE, FRIES, POTATO BUN interesting to try, honestly, I don’t like it, will not order it again. The other burger was good average. Star dishes : BAKED WILD SALMON creamy dijon sauce, roasted potatoes $34.00 and DOUBLE CUT PORK CHOP bone in chop, cherry peppers, mashed potatoes $36.00. "Wow what a treat this was! First of all I was very impressed with being seated at our exact reservation time. The atmosphere was cool and the server was excellent. We had the Watermelon and Wings and I do believe it?s one of the best wings in Memphis. My wife even enjoyed them and she is not a fan of wings. She had the Bangkok salad and I had the Lucky Pot. Her salad was great but the Lucky Pot was amazing! The mixture of flavors was incredible with all the disheswe had here. I would come back just for the wings alone. So glad we tried this place and look forward to returning. I?d recommend this spot to anyone!"

"It took eight minutes for someone to take our drink orders, and we waited 20 minutes for water after requesting it. Our drinks arrived close to 20 minutes after we placed our orders. We waited another 20 minutes before we could place our food orders, and then it took about 30 minutes for the appetizers to be served. We decided to order a second round of drinks while waiting, and once again had to ask for water refills. We started our meal at 7:40, and our main courses didn’t arrive until 9:10, meaning we didn’t leave the restaurant until after 10. The food was, as always, wonderful, and we plan to return, but the service was incredibly slow. It felt like we had to ask for everything instead of having things taken care of in a more timely manner."

"Central is one of my favorite restaurants, but in this occasion it disappointed, largely because I had guests from out of town. I had requested a nice table when made reservations; instead, no table was reserved and we were seated right next to the kitchen counter where servers swarmed around us all evening and bumped me at least three times. Then one of the appetizers we ordered was never served, then I was given the wrong order and had to wait for 10-15 minutes for my food to be prepared while my guests had their dinner. I was given a lame excuse (chef didn’t think my steak was done well so they served me a Niçoise instead! . Then, I expected at least that my dinner will be comped but it was not. If I were alone, I would have been more forgiving, but because of my guests I was embarrassed."

"Wonderful service, great view and awesome food! I was very pleasantly surprised with the entire experience my husband and I had right from the start. When making reservations the host, Dylan, was extremely polite and welcoming. Once seated our server, Laura, was very prompt (no time waiting after being seated) friendly and helpful in our menu choices which included a bottle of wine, pan fried oysters and cioppino. Everything was fantastic, we’ll be back."

"beautiful restaurant on the lake merritt! I'm so glad we couldn't eat here anymore. fortunately, we sat outside at the lake standing in one. it was comfortable and the fresh air felt nice. the workers gave exceptional service and the food was delicious! the strawberry lava limonade (not shown) was a refreshing sweet and tart taste. we enjoyed the crab melt sandwich and seafood linguine (not shown) recommend this restaurant. it is perfect for a date or outing with family and friends!"

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

We ordered the pig head because we had never experienced such a thing. You haveto call ahead to ask for it and it 's served family style there was plenty for the two of us. Glad we tried it! The crispyskin was great, the cheek meat was yummy. There 's a layer of fat though that wasn 't as great. Not sure if I 'd order it againbut we had a lot of fun with the experience so I 'm glad we tried it! Great service here too BTW."

"As always we were not disappointed with President's Room. We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday with excellend dinner. We had prawn salad, calamari and pappardelle as hors d'oeuvres. Delicious. "I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"Our waitress, Angeleia, was awesome and kept up with multiple tables and orders with ease and without being overbearing. The food selection was great even for a picky eater with many food allergies such as myself! I ordered the Gluten-free pizza and my wife...ordered a steak with potatoes and broccoli. We both had take-out boxes because the portions were so large and delicious that we wanted more. We topped off dinner with a Gluten-free Apple Crisp which was amazing! "I'd actually like to give this 4.5 stars if I could.We ate here a few weeks ago during a big conference weekend. We waited awhile before being acknowledged since it was so busy however once they noticed we were waiting we had two members of staff trying to help us get seated. I ordered the BBQ salmon which I wasn't sure about not being a big BBQ fan and it was fantastic and I hope to eat it again in the future. My husband said his steak was great and the waitstaff were attentive. The chef came out towards the end of the meal to check on the table and I always appreciate that personal touch when dining out. I would be more than happy to eat here again."
