"They gave me a free cookie for my birthday. I ordered a double chocolate cookie sandwich with caramel ice cream. It was hudge. I could imagine eating the jumbo sized one, and I'm a big girl. My friend got a s'mores jumbo cookie. It looked yummy. It's nice that they also sell all flavors of milk. They have eight flavors of ice cream. I would like to go back and get a cookie picture. I love they personalized cookies. They have a parking lot to the immediate right and left of the store. They moved through the line very fast, but gave each person the customer service they deserve. They also told us if we filled out the survey we would get a free cookie. We almost left without getting that cookie but the cashier waved us to the front and gave us the cookie. How nice of you! Keep it up."

"Very disappointing. Placed an order through the insomnia website and paid for delivery. Website stated 20-30 min for delivery and sent the tracking number. After 45 mins I called the store as I had not received the cookies and the person said it is to be picked up and cannot deliver or cancel the order. Lost my money and did not get the cookies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!"

"I did not receive my loaded brownie cookie, just a brownie. I did not get my Ice cream cup. My deluxe cookie was burnt. I did receive a box of 4 cookies and 12 mini cookies I did not order. I would have rather the items been cancelled and refunded than getting stuff I didnt want. Or an explanation at all would have been nice as well. Insomnia is expensive and I would like a choice in what I get."

"7.4.23 after the fireworks ended at Old Sac, we walked towards Golden 1 arena where I saw this cookie spot after walking pass Macy's. I was curious, for one their open late and for two, the title of their cookie store. I had no idea what they provided. I was a deer in the headlight, without even looking up this place on YELP for background history for those who have already visited.... they have a QR code in the front of their entrance where it provides store hours. The store is small. They only let 1 group in at a time so U have to line up outside. Once in, U see a little selection of ice cream, a menu above, a fridge full of different kinds of milk/chocolate milk near the doorway... I decided to order individual cookies instead of a pack. The vegan cookies are actually really good to me. Not super sweet. Please see my photos for reference. Overall it wasn't a bad place to experience for 1st impression. I think it wasn't the greatest. I haven't experienced much coming here but upon 1st impression, I'd say it's mid.... their Peanut Butter Insomniac Tracks ice cream is good tho cookies was 3.5 out of 5. I'm glad the dairy part of the ice cream didn't bother my stomach tho!"

"I recently tried the vegan chocolate chip cookies for the first time, and they were absolutely delicious! The regular chocolate chip cookies were just as amazing. I highly recommend them. My cousin in Tampa has also tried cookies from there and had the same great experience. If you're looking for a treat, grab a box for yourself! And if you're not up for going out, you can always use DoorDash to get some of these wonderful homemade cookies delivered to you."

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO STARS. Don't expect to receive what you actually ordered, and don't count on them to make it right. I never got the full quart of ice cream I wanted; instead, I received four disappointing scoops in a quart-sized container. After a frustrating back-and-forth with a snarky employee who wouldn’t let me speak to a manager and put me on hold for 10 minutes, I was only given a refund. I reached out to their third-party customer service, and they offered me a link for three free cookies as an apology. However, the catch is that I need to place a minimum online order of $6, plus taxes, delivery charges, and tips, which adds up to another $10 just to claim my free cookies. What they don't seem to get is that I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM INSOMNIA AGAIN. I've heard that Campus Cookies is much better, so I’ll be trying them instead."

"Don?t ever ever ever EVER try to get these cookies delivered. When they first opened it took 2-3 HOURS to get your delivery. I thought maybe since they?ve been open for a while now, that they?ve worked out the kinks. Nope. Took 2.5 hours. I could make my own cookies from scratch and deliver them to Pennsylvania in that amount of time. I understand the world is experiencing a staffing shortage. But good grief. "I echo some of the other reviews here saying nothing is wrong with these cookies they?re delicious! However their customer service is abysmal. I had an event scheduled and ordered 50 cookies for a delivery about 3 weeks in advance of the date of myevent. The DAY OF my event at 12:30pm (scheduled drop off time was for 6:15pm), I get an automated email saying my order wasrefunded back to my card nothing else and no detail on who to get in touch with about the unanticipated refund and cancelationof my order. After calling with no response at the store, I finally got in touch with a Regional Manager who said the store washaving an emergency and had been closed for two days. I am more than understanding that stuff happens, but if it had been closedfor two days, why was I just being notified barely 6 hours before my event?! It left me with no other option and no cookies formy event. So, happy to say I will never rely on them again and will stick with good ole faithful Wegmans Bakery for cookieorders."

"I only got 1. I ordered 12 for love week . It 's a thing my husband and I do. They came very quickly and I live in another city. I had to pay a little extra for that, but hey, you only live once. "Typically, I truly enjoy insomnia cookies. My boyfriend and I do date night almost every Saturday and usually finish the night at this establishment. HOWEVER, that will change after this evening. When looking at the menu while waiting in line I wasexcited to try their salted carmel cookie. This excitement was quickly squashed by the child that was at the cash registertaking my order. I have a SEVERE allergy to certain nuts. The salted carmel cookie said that it contains tree nuts. Some placeswill add this for ingredients like coconut, of which I am not allergic to. I ask the person what tree nuts are in this cookie .She graciously goes to the back to check the ingredients for me. A child quickly emerges out of the depths of the back room witha hickey the size of her fist on her neck to say it just says it contains tree nuts . I proceed to ask her if I can see theingredients list to check and see if any of my allergens are on the list. She quickly asks me well how severe is your allergy .I proceed to tell her it is severe and if I could still see the ingredients list. She continues to fight me about the ways inwhich they contain nuts. I finally give up and succumb to ordering a ever-so-basic chocolate chunk cookie. I am a huge fan ofthe quality of insomnia cookies, however, please train your employees better on how to treat people with allergies and act withthe basic level of professionalism expected in a workplace. "I never received any updates about my delivery. The driver didn't call or text me at all and simply dropped off my order without following the instructions I provided, making no effort to ensure I actually got it. It took over two hours for my food to arrive, even though it was only a few miles away. My order was left at a public table in a hospital lobby, and I had to look for it after checking the email tracker to see it was finally delivered. To top it off, the milk they sent wasn't even real milk; it was some Fairlife product. However, after reaching out, customer service contacted me and resolved all the issues."

"Extremely saddened that our order was so messed up. We ordered 16 cookies, delivery, and only 7 arrived. When we called the store they were hesitant to say the least about not only resolving our order but believing that they could have messed up that badly. While the cookies are good, the customer service was so below even poor I’m not sure going back is worth it. I definitely can not recommend this location due to the sub standard service we received.Update: Ruth, whom my wife spoke with, replied to our email making things right. They’re sending a fixed order, and refunded us due to the problems. Corporate also responded and said they will be sending us a gift card. While these are nice gestures, customer service in an industry that demands it shouldn’t require complaints. It should be the norm, and this location seems to lack it unless called out."
