"I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star review! Although there was some initial confusion—like running out of milk and a refund mix-up—the staff was incredibly accommodating. When I called, they quickly processed my refund without any hassle. There was also a problem with the Uber driver; he completed the order but failed to follow the instructions to my home, which caused me to lose contact with him. If I had known they partnered with Uber Eats for delivery, I might have thought twice about ordering since I've had poor experiences with them in the past. However, despite these challenges, the Insomnia Cookies team really went above and beyond. They made me feel valued and ensured that my order and experience mattered. I received a full refund, and everything ultimately turned out perfectly. Keep up the fantastic work, Insomnia Cookies!"

If you're a fan of incredibly soft cookies, this place is definitely worth a visit. However, keep in mind that my preferences may differ from yours. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I waited 35 minutes before they even began preparing my order. Then, after my order was supposed to be delivered, I received a call saying they didn't have the type of cookie I ordered. They offered me a classic cookie at the price of a deluxe one, and finally, after an hour, my cookies were delivered. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I was traveling through St. Louis on my way to Tennessee and placed a delivery order from this location around 8 PM. By nearly 9 PM, my cookies still hadn't arrived, so I called the store, and they offered to refund my order. The next day, the manager reached out to apologize, and not only did they replace my order, but they also doubled it to make up for the inconvenience.
