Amazing cookies, definitely expensive, so I only give them for special occasions. During my last visit, the customer service was not good, but I just cleaned it off. I think a reward system would be really nice.

The cookies were well-made, but the selection of ice cream was quite limited. I ordered a “cookiewich” and would love the chance to choose from new cookie flavors like Pumpkin Latte and Matcha Latte, rather than just the classic options for the ice cream sandwich. View menu

The cookies here are delicious and come in a great variety of flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful. While the prices are a bit lower than Crumbl, I noticed that the cookies are also smaller in size. Overall, it's a great spot to satisfy your cookie cravings!

I received a complimentary extra cookie, and I'm really enjoying this place much more than Crumbl. The quality is better, it's conveniently located near my home, and the portion sizes are generous. The deluxe cookies are enormous and definitely worth the extra cost.

Am waiting for a delivery..... just to call the location for them to tell me that 1st the driver couldn't deliver. 2nd there experiencing difficulty locating my address. 3rd we thought it was delivered. We have cameras. STOP IT didn't leave thepremises. Anyways saved 38 bucks. Thanks. View menu

During my first order, I only received half of what I had requested and had to reach out to customer service for a refund on the missing item, although the amount refunded was not the same as what I had paid. On my second attempt, my order didn't arrive at all. I called a representative, who was very helpful, and they assured me that they would send the order again, but it never came.

Oh my gosh! Insomnia Cookies has the best cookies in Rochester, in my opinion! They deliver until 2 AM, and their cookies are absolutely delicious. They also offer ice cream, cookie sandwiches, vegan and gluten-free options, brownies, and a variety of large biscuits. You really need to try them—you won't be disappointed! Plus, the delivery drivers are really nice and very quick! I actually received my order just now (pictures below).

My wife and I were excited to stop and get some cookies after driving home from a weekend getaway. We stepped into the store and the person working was in the back. We waited a few minutes and when they came out we greeted them and they were miserable. Wethen asked a question about what cookies were available and they barely mumbled a response. We decided it was not worth it andsaid thank you but we are all set. I realize it is hard to get good help now a days but you do want people who can representyour brand in a positive way otherwise you will lose business.
