"7.4.23 after the fireworks ended at Old Sac, we walked towards Golden 1 arena where I saw this cookie spot after walking pass Macy's. I was curious, for one their open late and for two, the title of their cookie store. I had no idea what they provided. I was a deer in the headlight, without even looking up this place on YELP for background history for those who have already visited.... they have a QR code in the front of their entrance where it provides store hours. The store is small. They only let 1 group in at a time so U have to line up outside. Once in, U see a little selection of ice cream, a menu above, a fridge full of different kinds of milk/chocolate milk near the doorway... I decided to order individual cookies instead of a pack. The vegan cookies are actually really good to me. Not super sweet. Please see my photos for reference. Overall it wasn't a bad place to experience for 1st impression. I think it wasn't the greatest. I haven't experienced much coming here but upon 1st impression, I'd say it's mid.... their Peanut Butter Insomniac Tracks ice cream is good tho cookies was 3.5 out of 5. I'm glad the dairy part of the ice cream didn't bother my stomach tho!"

My brother and I loved these cookies! We took them to the theatre near by and they were the perfect movie snack!

They burnt the cookies. The lady ignored me at first when I approached the door. She didn't acknowledge I was there until she opened the door for one of her friends.

I waited in line for 13 minutes, which wasn't too long. Masks were required and only one family was allowed inside at a time. We ordered two cookies - one chocolate chip and one with M&Ms, along with cookies and cream and butter pecan ice cream. The cookies were delicious, not too sweet. The staff were very friendly and nice. View menu

This cookie shop is decent, but it’s not my first pick for specialty cookies. While the cookies had a charming homemade quality that I appreciate, I expected something a bit more distinctive given the price. They were perfectly soft—a feat that's often tricky with homemade recipes. However, the menu lacks variety in terms of flavor combinations. It would be more reasonable if the price decreased for bulk purchases, as is common in other specialty cookie shops, but the discount only applies to a limited selection of cookie types.

This restaurant is a total scam. The cookies taste like they came from a cheap boxed mix, and they're the tiniest commercial cookies I've ever encountered. I honestly thought it was a prank designed to gain attention on social media. I tried ordering through Doordash once and will never do it again. My order was wrong, missing three cookies out of a dozen, and the nine I received were either broken or folded over during baking. The ice cream dessert also lacked half of its ingredients. Given their prices, this is nearly criminal negligence.

This restaurant review is for night owls! They are open late, making it the perfect spot for those craving homemade cookies. They offer a variety of flavors of cookies and brownies, and even have ice cream for those who want their cookies a la mode. Additionally, they have gluten-free and vegan options available. You can even order cakes online and have them delivered to friends. This quaint shop is great for grabbing a treat on the go, but there are also tables and chairs in the mall area for enjoying the freshly baked cookies while they are still warm. I recommend getting the six pack of cookies, because you won't be able to stop at just one! View menu

My first time trying Insomnia cookies and they were delicious! I had the oatmeal chocolate walnut cookie, peanut butter cookie, and sampled the peanut butter chunk ice cream so I 'm rating as such. The taste was of good quality However for the price point, they can make the cookies slightly larger. There was a line in the store when we arrived but the service was professional and prompt. Chuck was very attentive and helpful in his feedback. He 's a model employee! The ambiance was clean and quaint, but they should look into expanding because only a few of could fit in the store while a customer with a stroller was in line. That said, I will definitely return for more treats! (Probably some time...

This was my first time ordering from Insomnia Cookies, and unfortunately it wasn't that great. I ordered on their website to have it delivered. For my address, it gave an eta of 30-45 min. After an hour, I called the store just to check on the status and the lady who answered said it would be another 5 minutes before the driver would be leaving the store. Okay cool. So about 15-20 minutes...nope... it was another hour. And luckily I was watching for the person to get here or else those cookies would have sat outside all night. Also, our order was supposed to come with a pint of ice cream. I don't know if this was on purpose or what, but I did not get a pint of ice cream. It was literally the...
