"The food is really good, anything you get off the menu ull love, all the burgers are all very good and well balanced not to much of one condiment on them, they got all the classics, chicken wings, corn dogs, burritos, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, all of which are very well prepared and are paired with there homemade ranch or bbq sauce, and all at a reasonable price. The chicken nuggets are similar to mc Donald's nuggets but are way crispier and tastier. Just an overall good eat 10/10"

"I always order the Fried zucchini and it's super delicious! The chili fries are also really good! Also the chicken salad is delicious as well! I like that they always pay attention to the notes of your special requests when you order on door dash. However yesterday I requested extra ranch dressing and they didn't give me extra ranch dressing like they always normally do so I was kinda disappointed yesterday because they didn't pY attention to my request of extra ranch dressing. Hopefully next time I order they will honor my request of adding extra ranch dressing. Oh by the way the reason why I order extra ranch dressing is because its super delicious! "I have been a regular patron of this restaurant for quite some time, visiting at least twice a week. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible, my food was served cold, and when I raised the issue with the manager, he handled it very unprofessionally. Instead of providing me with a new meal as he promised, he simply placed my original dish back on the grill after briefly touching it. When I declined the reheated food, he became defensive and refused to issue a refund. To add to my frustration, when my new dish finally arrived, I found that a piece of bread I had broken off earlier was still there, now covered in extra cinnamon and sugar. When I pointed this out to the manager, he became angry and refused to resolve the issue. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and I was shocked by his lack of professionalism. I eventually had to threaten to involve authorities to receive a refund. This experience was not only disappointing but also unsanitary. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would advise others to avoid it as well."

"I cannot recommend this restaurant if you're seeking high-quality food. When I requested a refund due to their no-refund policy, they attempted to give me a different dish instead. The cook was quite defensive and seemed to blame me, as if I had no prior experience with chicken and couldn't distinguish between good and bad. The chicken itself was rubbery, overcooked, and lacked seasoning. I also felt uneasy when the cook took my replacement dish to the back, which made me suspect it may have been tampered with. Ultimately, I ended up throwing the food away."

"This will be an ongoing review with edits for additions of menu items, and customer experience. Customer Experience: As of 9.27.22 I 'll start by saying the food so far has been mostly good, I 've worked through a chunk of the menu and this experiencereflects that. The food if prepared correctly (and sometimes not) is very tasty and reasonably priced. The unfortunate part isthat it seems 50/50 if your food is made as ordered. This can vary from getting the wrong meat, wrong size, wrong fixings,incorrectly charged both undercharged and overcharged. It really does seem very random and chaotic yet with every visit thus farI 've only had at most 2 others orders in queue. I have noticed when ordering in rather than to-go there is a greater chance ofsuccess, food for thought. Due to these incorrect orders I have ordered a few items more than once in order to complete thisreview. I do look forward to trying the rest of the items on the menu in time and will be sure to update as I go. MenuItems: Note post dated, each item ordered on separate date, Sat, Apr 16: Italian: 4/5 : Quality meat/cheese but a little onthe small side. Sun, Aug 21: French Dip: 3/5 I ordered extra meat and definitely didn 't get it and it looked to be nota large (on either sandwich) I guess there is no swiss cheese which any good French dip has, my mistake. I added swiss myselfwhich turned a 2/5 into a 3/5. Good Toasting of the bun though. WIP"

"Charming small business in front street. A bit pricey, but everything is going up in price these days. I got ?The Plant.? Overall it was a good sandwich. "I had the worst experience at this restaurant with their vegan burger. After waiting nearly an hour, my husband and I finally received our vegan burgers, which were underwhelming and came without any sides or drinks. To make matters worse, the burger was not cooked properly as it was still frozen in the middle, leading me to question if it was truly vegan. My husband discovered mold on his burger bun, prompting us to throw our food away and leave. When I tried to reach out to the company on Instagram to share our experience, they immediately blocked me. I ended up reporting the restaurant to the LA Health Department."

"This would have been a easy 5 star rating if the customer service was better. I went to place my order and the young lady with tattoos on wrist is the one who took my order. I explained to her I wanted my sub ran through the belt oven twice. She began to talk over me and Tell me I get it you want it toasted extra crispy . Well I was the only person in line important to know , my sub came out and I requested again please run it twice , she said if she ran it twice it burn so she folded the sub and stuck it in for the third time while baby sitting it ........ see where I'm going with this ? That belt oven bakes food while be ran through the oven . My point is prioritize your time in the restaurant business. Imagineif you were busy . I've been in restaurants since I was 12 busting tables and doing dishes. I'm been a sous chef and a assistant chef for over 10 years in fine dining restaurants. But people's pride and the fact that cooking is becoming less and less of a skill because of machines is the reason I got out and run my own business with animals. People need to listen to what the customer wants and be open to suggestions. It's unbelievable how people don't even do that any more. On a positive not the sub was good. And I will stop bye again. I just wanted to post this complaint so it can be handled differently next time. No worries still the best sub and bank for buck in Ithaca."

"There was a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected during these COVID times. They did have someone outside taking orders to help speed things up. It was my first visit, and I tried the barbacoa quesadilla. It was quite tasty and loaded with meat. I managed to eat two and a half of the four they provided."
