"During our train journey from Leesburg to Cleveland to DC, my son and I found ourselves frequently stopping at Sheetz service stations for fuel, food, and snacks. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the fueling stations were spacious and tidy. We enjoyed the occasional picnic tables, which provided a nice spot to relax in the shade, especially when the weather was pleasant. My son will be working in Virginia for another year, so we’re looking forward to more trips together. Here’s hoping we find more Sheetz locations on our travels!"

"I live less than a quarter mile from this sheetz and will no longer support them. Stalked and pulled over by a North Canton Cop in my neighborhood for allergy pulling into a parking spot too quickly. As if that isn?t bad enough, he made me abandon my carand walk 6 houses up the street in an ice storm to then have someone else walk to my car and drive my car home. The reason: mylicense was incorrectly suspended."

"I’m 21 years old and was at Sheetz with my younger brother, buying drinks for myself while he got a slushee. He just wanted a cold drink on a hot summer day, and I was planning to drink beer with my friends. Unfortunately, a staff member was watching us closely. My brother was holding one of my beer cans because my hands were full. The employee asked to see my ID, which I gladly showed, then asked for my younger brother’s ID, who immediately said he was under 21. The beers were for me, not him. Despite this, she refused to sell me the drinks, even after a police officer behind us said she was violating Ohio liquor laws. Because of the delay, I got home late, and my mother slipped on the stairs, fracturing her face. Her appearance will never be the same. I can’t help but feel that if the staff at the Twinsburg Sheetz on E Aurora Rd had been more understanding, this might not have happened. I am hoping for some form of compensation for my elderly mother’s injury; otherwise, I may have to drop out of school to care for her. Thank you and God bless."

"I visited Sheetz around 11:00 to grab a chicken sandwich and fries after work. Unfortunately, the hamburger buns on my sandwich were overly burnt, making it difficult to enjoy. It seemed that the staff were more focused on chatting with customers than on cooking my sandwich properly. Great job, managers—I ended up waiting 30 minutes while your employees were distracted and messed up my order. The menu certainly has potential, but this experience was disappointing."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean, and the store was well-stocked. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was served hot and tasted great. The only downside, which isn't really the restaurant's fault, is that it can be a bit challenging to enter and exit due to several traffic lights that often have long waits. This might be an inconvenience if you're looking to make a quick stop and get back onto the interstate. However, if you have a few extra minutes to spare, I highly recommend visiting this place."

"It was very easy to make a reservation and I was impressed with that. We arrived at the restaurant and we waited for about eight minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. When someone did, I was approached as pointed finger ant me and asked , carry out? I said no. Table for two, reservation. The guy then said she’ll be right with you. we were seated in a very small table in the corner and I asked to be moved and she took us to a small table in the bar which I asked again to be in a little bit bigger table and she allowed us to sit there. we ordered our drink. It was fair , then we ordered our food and we waited almost an hour to get our food. When it arrived, the chicken Parmesan the Chicken was burnt. My crabcake was very dark. I wouldn’t say burnt but almost there the garlic in the spinach and I believe carrots was horrible. It just reeked of garlic. Our waitress did not come back and check on us until I asked her for a water. Before we got our food, she walked by me three times and made eye contact and never gave me an answer as to where our food was. I was very disappointed that it was not that busy. the dining room was full, but the bar area had very few people in it maybe six at the bar and maybe a total of 10 sitting around the bar. This was our first experience here and I can tell you we probably won’t be back. I had to go to the hostess station and ask for a carry out box."

"Ordered a chicken finger sub with no tomato and a royal sub, first off the guy on the phone was rude. Not to mention I had to repeat everything 2-3 times and ended up being on the phone for like 10 minutes just to place an order. They tell me a half hour but ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes because the sub guy walked out during a rush and they were already arguing with multiple doordashers as I areived. I finally get my subs and my chicken finger sub barely even has any chicken fingers on it!! Basically the only other thing they included was tomato, which was the only thing I didn 't ask for!! The royal sub had no vegetables on it, terrible first experience here and won 't be coming back. EDIT: Its one year later, an absolutely no attempt to make things right with my food. What a joke of a business this place is"

"Ive tried all the pizza places in town and Scalicis is the most consistent pizzeria from my experiences. Ive been living in Randolph for over 20 years and Forte has a tendency of over cooking their pizza leaving it brunt. Pizza Palace's quality has dropped of over the past few years and hasnt been the same. Quality and consistency has me coming back to this pizzeria. I recommend the Chicken Ceasar Pie, its very good!"

"beautiful restaurant. the worker is friendly. they get health insurance for employees. Therefore there are 3% compliance supplement. we enjoyed a deep pizza. the pizza was warm, but not hot, which could be her style. I took the pizza home, heated hot and enjoyed it the next morning. I like my pizza to be hot. customers were able to park cars on their parking lot, but it became employees parking. street parking is hard to find. beautiful, much time to find one."

"This Uniontown Sheetz seriously messed up my order during a road trip about four hours away on the interstate. They almost didn’t give me my milkshake, even though it was the last item still waiting. When I asked about it, the woman seemed surprised there was a milkshake sitting on the counter and had to ask an indifferent team member who made it and if it belonged to a specific order. A quick check of our bag seemed fine at first, but once we were back on the interstate, I realized my chicken wraps didn’t have any chicken, and my boyfriend’s fries order was incomplete—we ordered two but only received one. It was tough trying to get a refund for these missing items. If Sheetz doesn’t resolve this, I won’t be coming back. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they actually fix their mistakes."

"I miss the old Sheetz restaurant down the road! I ordered a chicken wrap with extra chicken and extra cheese from their menu, but what I received was disappointing. The toppings were sparse, and the wait was long. The other food I tried was also not great. I know Sheetz is a gas station and people often say the food is good, but my experience was terrible. The old Sheetz used to get it right—extra chicken meant more than just a few tiny chicken tenders."
