"We made dinner reservations for this restaurant after seeing the expansive gluten free menu. We were not disappointed and would return again. We ordered the red sangria, we liked them, this one is on the drier side. We split gluten free garlic bread that came with marinara sauce. So good! And for dinner I had the Classica pizza with pepperoni (regular crust). It was cheesy and flavorful in a good way. My husband had a gf pasta dish with sausage, peas and vodka sauce. Hisone complaint was the peas were undercooked. Our bus girl did amazing and was so attentive. She filled out waters and offered bread."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and left so as not to reach every person at the table again. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"We've dined here several times. It's nice and open with windows all around so you don't feel crowded. Food is good, although the truffle pasta is way overpriced it's pasta with a cream sauce and a truffle oil, no mushrooms (I'd take no truffle ones). Service is always superb here. Restaurant is clean. It's a must when we're down near WTC."

"Went to have our anniversary dinner there and it was very disappointing. After 1 1/2 hour wait for dinner, we had to leave without eating to make our 7 pm show at Paper Mill. Service was exceptionally slow. Never saw a manager. No one ever apologized or offered to take our check for salads/soda. We were told they were tied up with a big party. People inside were waiting forever for dinners. It's a shame because it's a lovely, little place and we were so looking forward to the homemade pasta as advertised. There's also no alcohol service, which we didn't know, so we didn't bring a bottle. They did offer to call a local store to have it delivered."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"

"I came here for dinner on Valentine's Day and couldn't have been happier. Our waiter was very polite and knowledgeable and was a phenomenal contribution to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The food was excellent and worth the price we ordered the carpaccio, the specialty shrimp pasta offered that day, and a pizza diavolo, and they were all great. I'm no expert in Italian food, but I would happily recommend this restaurant to a friend."

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."

"I drove one hour away from the Poconos to come here, and it was very good. From the Poconos I was to my fair part of restaurants, and this one takes the cake! My waitress was Emma. And she was the most friendly person I met, friendly, fast, very helpful in deciding what I would prefer. The owner Sam is amazing, welcomes customers at the door. Talk to customers. This is surprising as the owners behind closed doors count the money they make. Now the food. To die. The Kalamari melts in my mouth. Cooked for perfection. Do not chew or gum like most places cook it. And my lasagna felt like I was in a café in Italy and tasted a family recipe of the 5th generation that was cooked from the heart. Needless to say, I will travel from the Poconos at least once a month to try this amazing restaurant again Thank you Sam for this amazing restaurant and thank Emma for the wonderful service. Please keep it up and for anyone who goes here, please send an inquiry to them. More than it is worth coming here, whether from sparta, poconos or elsewhere"

"I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a simple risotto with salmon, but instead received greasy fish served with rice pilaf. When I asked the server if this was indeed their risotto, he confirmed that it was. Additionally, we witnessed a visibly intoxicated woman stumbling out of the restaurant. Later, we found her in the parking lot, struggling to locate her car and clearly still under the influence. We informed the staff, who assisted her in finding her car right across the street, allowing her to drive away afterward. My family has been coming here for years, but this visit will be our last."

"Came here because it was conveniently located. Had their meatballs and a Mediterranean salad. After we sat, the waiter brought fresh baked bread, so fresh that it was super hot from the oven! Sooo delicious, I didn't want to eat it (because carbs! but ate the whole thing. The meatballs were in a delicious sauce we sipped up with the grilled bread that came with the meatballs. Then the salad, such fresh arugula, dressed just right, not too much, just perfect. I came back the second day to get a grilled chicken sandwich to go. The other great indicator was that a couple of UPS drivers came by to grab a pizza for their lunch. You know it's good when people who can go anywhere for lunch comes here for their lunch. Fairly basic menu, but the quality is top notch!"

"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. "TLDR: Phenomenal drinks and food at a reasonable price! Ambience and service and icing on the top of a great dining experience! My partner, good friend, and I came here for dinner on a Friday night. We had a reservation but we’re slightly late and they accommodated us anyways. We each got drinks from the ir cocktail menu and they were ALL fantastic. Even though they’re on the pricier side $18 per drink) they were worth it! Then we got the Caesar salad appetizer highlight of the meal). We liked it so much we ordered it again! We also got the Brussels sprout appetizer they had. For mains we shared the margherita pizza and cacio e pepe. Both were amazing! For dessert, we got the tiramisu and focaccia with nutella. Both were absolutely incredible and the other highlight of an all together fantastic meal! Service was quick and kind and the ambience was great I personally loved their playlist! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for some great Italian food at a fantastic price!"

". This has been a great neighborhood restaurant for more than 20 years. Now under new ownership, it a disappointing experience. Went for lunch three weeks ago. The food was good, service very slow. Dined again for dinner on March 21, 2022. Reservation was for 6:30. We arrived about 6:25, and were promptly seated. The service was terrible. We did not leave until almost 9 PM. Went with a group of friends (6) again on March 24th. If this luncheon had not been planned weeks in advance, I would not have dined there again so soon. We arrived about 12:15 and did not leave until after 3:30. The service was poor, my food and another's was so salty that it could not be eaten. By the time I could flag down the server to tell him of the issue, we had lost interest in eating altogether. The only people in the restaurant was a group of 8 to 10 people Dining outside, and our group of 6 inside. The new owners need to be present, and fix these issues. We understand that it is difficult to find servers and other staff right now. However, there seem to be bigger problems than that. I will wait a couple of months and try again. It is such a wonderful venue with a lovely patio. The interior has been nicely updated."

"Save your money and head to Olive Garden instead. We ordered four dishes, starting with the Seafood Melody appetizer, which was quite disappointing. Two of our main courses were risottos, and the cheese wasn't fully melted. I tried the chicken marsala, but the sauce was watery and had an unpleasant taste. The chicken was tough and seemed to have been flattened with a mallet. On the bright side, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived around 4 PM, and there were three staff members, including our waitress, who spent time gossiping and complaining about another waiter, who apparently is related to the owner or manager. It felt as though they were watching us when they weren't talking. I truly don't understand how this place has received so many positive reviews. Save your money and choose another restaurant."

"Small pizza and bar corner attached to La Villetta Italian restaurant so the pizza should have been much better than it was. Stay away from the “Baciami Dopo” pizza with tuna. I assumed it would be high quality tuna steak chunks, the same as you get when you order tuna entree or tuna salad. What came out was soggy pizza with dark trash tuna packed in oil that one would get from a can of cheap Starkist not even solid albacore. I managed to force down a slice and took the rest home to put in our building’s compost bin. The service was great and the waiters attentive, so I did not want to spoil the experience by complaining. I am sure their good selections of other pizzas will have higher quality toppings, so I will give this establishment 3 stars rather than 1 star for a specific pizza pie."
