"This was a very disappointing dinner. We had invited friends from many years to join us for dinner at what I expected to be a good meal. I had seen the reviews in Open Table and they rated Pretto highly. This convinced me to make the reservation. Three of us chose the specials, and that was a big mistake. Homemade pasta was accompanied by a lukewarm sauce, chicken breast was tough and dry and the prosciutto was hard to identify. The Arctic char did not have much taste. The chef must have taken a long break before dinner service. The only bright note was that we had a window-side table, so had a lot of light. When we first arrived they could not find my Open TAble reservation, eventually they told me thay had two reservations for my party of 4- go figure!!! Then the following day I received an e-mail from Open Table asking why I had not shown up for my reservation!!!!!"

Pretto is a charming restaurant that my group of three loved. We had a great time enjoying the excellent service, lovely atmosphere, and delicious food. I highly recommend trying the branzino and gnudi dishes.

The restaurant provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with prompt and friendly service. The food is exceptional and the dining room is both bright and comfortable, featuring a pleasant bar area. It is a fantastic choice for dining in the neighborhood.

Very gracious service. Tasty, nicely presented food. Unfortunately, the A/C wasn't working properly; and the tiny fan provided didn't do the trick on this hot and humid summer evening. Left here with the feeling of wanting to help these hardworking people succeed in a new endeavor. We will definitely come again when cooler, drier days return! View menu

I went to this restaurant with a friend on a Thursday night at 7:00 pm. Surprisingly, we were the only customers the whole evening! I couldn't understand why this place was so empty. It is a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating, a welcoming staff, and delicious Italian cuisine. Even though the baby beet salad we ordered as an appetizer was a bit small, it was incredibly tasty. I had the florentine steak and my friend tried the rigatoni bolognese special. Both dishes met our high standards. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant!

We arranged to have dinner with our children at this restaurant, which is conveniently located close to our daughter and son-in-law's apartment. The limited seating at Pretto makes it feel even more special, as it keeps the noise level low and allows for excellent service. The menu had something for everyone, and everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meal, whether it was pasta, chicken, sausage, or fish. The food was so delicious that we didn't have any leftovers for Sunday lunch. We will definitely be dining at Pretto again in the future.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
