"Service: Tere was outstanding. She was attentive, patient, and accommodating with my daughters’ orders, which made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Food: As first-time visitors, we had a hard time deciding on our meals! We ended up ordering appetizers, dinner, and dessert. The taquitos with salsa were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly tasty. The guacamole was fresh and perfectly garnished, allowing the avocado to take center stage! The bacon-wrapped shrimp stuffed with crab meat and cheese, served with a chipotle aioli dipping sauce, was absolutely fantastic! My husband tried the Coctel de Camaron y Pulpo and the fish ceviche. He said everything was spot on, generous with seafood, and bursting with flavor. I ordered the Filete a la Diabla, and the red sauce was a delightful explosion of flavor! My daughters couldn't decide between fried ice cream or churros with ice cream, so we got both! They were equally delicious, though I was too full and just enjoyed a cup of coffee in their lovely Talavera mug. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars. I can't wait to come back and try something new, but I highly recommend the Filete a la Diabla. I may not be the best photographer, but I wanted to capture the beautiful presentation of our delicious dinner at Bahia Grill."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"My family and I have been dining here for about a year, and each time we visit, we're welcomed with a smile. The service and food have consistently been excellent. This restaurant is very family-friendly too. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere each a perfect 5!"

"SR Pancho has now transformed into Las Margaritas. The restaurant adheres to all necessary COVID guidelines, and the service is efficient as the food arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and generous portions given the price. It’s definitely a great spot to visit with family or friends! While the service could use a little improvement, I still highly recommend checking it out if you're in town."

"Our meals were dropped off on our table by someone other than our waiter after about a 40 minute wait with no explanation of why we waited so long. There seemed to be no reason for such a long wait as the restaurant was not full. We weren’t asked if we wanted cheese, fresh pepper, or another drink,. The person who dropped off the food didn’t even say enjoy your meal or a single word to us. Halfway through his dinner my son found a long hair imbedded and wrapped around a piece of shrimp. Our waiter took his plate, came back 10 min later and informed us that they will be comping my son’s meal. I explained to the waiter that an option to order something else would have been preferred over the comping because my son only ate half of his dinner. The waiter then proceeded to tell us that HE FELT comping was better because in HIS opinion most of the meal was eaten before the hair was discovered. My son was still hungry, but now made to feel like he shouldn’t be. The right thing to do would have been to ask us if we wanted the meal comped or if we preferred to order another meal. The waiter should not be deciding how our evening plays out. We didn’t order coffee or desserts because dinner was cut short, and abruptly ended after waiting 40 minutes for or meals! This was a special occasion that became anything but special."

"My assessment is largely based on the service, because although the food was decent. It was very overpriced and took too long to prepare. Stephanie is a literary jewel of a person and I loved any interaction we had. Sassy in the right way, conversation and always had some fun to say and never let us go too long without any form of refilling or checking how our experience went. Stephanie was inviting. I literally can't say much more, I overtaked and would do it again to be honest when I'm back. Now for the main event. Wings were decent, but tiny for the price, I knew what to get myself, but my goodness, that was baby size. The pasta was well done, but didn't really hit me like something that didn't buy from a shelf. Thank you, Stephanie. You are a phenomenal person and I hope you can read this because I worship your work ethics and personality."

"we went to the restaurant for our reservation and were told we would sit in 10-15 minutes because they waited for server. the fire alarm went out all the time we were here, and thanks it did not sound, but that flash was not ideal. this was not recognized at all, although by one of the workers I found really strange. eating was really not great, and they were from one of their most popular dishes. at the end of our time we used the toilet room that was a few steps high. when we were up there, there was food everywhere, and it was very disgusting. then, when you went past the kitchen, there was also a tonne eating all over the floor. that was super disappointing when we hoped that a great place will be celebrated together before we went to the fuchs for a show. we will not go back!"

"As a local resident, my wife and I have noticed this restaurant for some time. Last night we finally decided to give it a try. What a great stroke of luck. This place is fantastic. The restaurant is located in Crystal Cove Newport Beach. There is ample parking and easy access. As you approach the restaurant you notice the European style outside seating, the oversized umbrellas with built-in heating for an enjoyable and relaxing evening dining experience. We made a reservation for 7:45, and when we arrived and spoke with a friendly hostesses, they had our reservation and seated us immediately. The interior of the restaurant is well appointed with a Tuscan feel. The layout of the restaurant is a bit congested as there’s a few more tables in the restaurant than one would expect. The menu is outstanding with a variety of choices to satisfy even the most distinguished pallet. We were lucky enough to have Gordon as our server, totally professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the various menu selections. Unlike most restaurants the wine list is extensive, and more importantly, the wine list by the glass covers every aficionado’s taste. I ordered the lasagna, which was incredibly tasty, but could have been served at a higher temperature. My wife had the seafood risotto, which lacked a bit of creativity, and was a little fishy for my taste. Overall, we would highly recommend this restaurant."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! The portions are generous and the food is incredibly delicious. They serve complimentary chips and salsa, which is a nice touch. The dining area isn't very large, so it's a good idea to arrive early, ideally before the dinner rush. The staff is friendly and you can easily ask for more chips if you run out while you wait. They play wonderful traditional music (not live), and they have a great discount punch card: after five meal purchases, you get the sixth one for free. The staff is also very considerate and wears masks for everyone's safety."

"Due to the pandemic we have not been there in over 2 years. First time back it appears that very little has changed. I think the table side menu got an upgrade as they appear to be fresh, well laid out and colorfully. The options seam the same and are many. It is hard to chose what to get as they all look great. The one thing that stands out is how friendly and accommodating they all are. The food comes to the table very hot (temperature) and great quality, quantity, and flavor. I am still surprised that they never are crowded. For the price and convenience of their location the fast food chain options have no comparison to what this place offers. Rancho Chico beats them all. Keep up the good work guys, you make dine in a pleasant experience."

"We visited Nashville for a college visit at Belmont University and decided to try Amerigo because it is just a few minutes walk from our hotel. The menu points sound promising. We ordered a delicious artichoke dip appetizer that was the best we ever tasted! Our waiter was very busy and seemed to forget about us. When I hit him to see if he could take our order, he recognized it. Then he continued to do everything in his power to make sure. We weren't in a hurry, so it was never a problem. But having a waiter so dedicated to serving was refreshing this day at the age where so many too absorbed to take care. And when our food arrived, it was AMAZING To our wonderful waiter, the cooks and the whole restaurant Amerigo... BRAVO!"

"I placed an order over the phone for a birthday lunch for the office. I can honestly say the gentleman that assisted me was the most upbeat and friendliest person I've had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone. His enthusiasm for taking my order made me wish I could order everything on the menu! Lol. Our lunch order was accurate and beyond delicious. No one had a complaint. The portion size was more than enough, we all had leftovers. Definitely ordering and visiting this location again. Next time I hope I meet this awesome guy in person. He made the whole experience a true joy. Sharing my experience with my co-workers gave us all something to smile about in our long work day!"

"So impressed with the great service and the amazing ramen. We sat at the bar since there wasn't a wait. The sake selection is better than I have found anywhere so far. There isn't a huge menu which is nice when you are super hungry and can't handle the decision of only getting one thing (me). We ordered a pork belly bun as appetizer since it came with two---amazing. I am usually skeptical of getting pork-belly bc most places that serve it have a huge amount of fat. Not this one. It was perfect. I even got to watch them blow torch it before bringing it out. Then for the main entree I had the spicy miso as a recommendation from the bartender. It has just the amount of spice needed and these wonderful meatballs. Since I was super hungry I decided to add pork belly to it as well. So if you are in the plaza area stop in. So pleased to know there is another great spot to eat while hanging out. Definitely the best Ramen house it OKC."

"This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I 've ever had. We were seated, ordered appetizers, and were served within half an hour. After that, it was a disaster. We waited an hour for our main courses. The food was good (not great) and definitely NOT WORTH THE WAIT.The most outrageous part was that I went to the manager twice to ask about why our meals were taking so long. He had no response. I went back a third time, and was very upset that nothing was done to remedy the situation. He just looked at me.Evenutally, the owner came out and instead of apologizing she started to argue with me saying, this is not a fast food place and we have 200 people here. She was so unprofessional and rude. This is a service industry and instead of insulting me, she should have tried to make ammends and at least be apologetic.If they can 't handle 200 people, they are inefficient. The night with my family was ruined. Not only will I never go back, but I hope other people read this and decide to go elsewhere."

Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch menu (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"
