"This restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but to label it as Mexican food does a disservice to the vibrant and rich culture of Texas. The flavors were incredibly bland. The chips tasted like generic corn tortilla chips you'd find at Costco, and the salsa was reminiscent of store-bought picante sauce. The tortillas were also pre-packaged. The rice was plain, lacking any traditional Mexican seasoning, and the refried beans tasted like they came straight from a can. It was disheartening to see such a beautiful place serve such disappointing food. Additionally, the margarita was both small and unremarkable for $14. I would recommend looking elsewhere for an authentic experience."

"Upon our arrival, there seemed to be some confusion with the wait staff. Despite the restaurant being at half capacity, we waited over thirty minutes for our first drink after being seated. We had to rely on a waiter who was not assigned to our table to bring us our drinks from the bar. Our server was often absent for long periods of time. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks, followed closely by our main meal after our drink order was finally taken. Our server did not check on us after serving our meal. The live band playing in the small space made it difficult to converse with our dining companions. Overall, we would not recommend dining at J K."

"Small intimate restaurant rarely parties over 4 so it is conducive for conversation. The food and service is great. The menu is varied and specials are varied and creative. If you have a special request if possible they will accommodate you. They have a well stocked bar with an ample variety of beer, wine and liquor. Unlike a lot of restaurants they give you a free pour a good value. I recommend to make reservations."

"I had the eggplant parmigiana with a side of linguini in garlic and oil sauce. Pasta was homemade and delicious. My husband had pappardelle Bolognese with homemade pasta. We also had a glass of Sangiovese Banfi Blend, decaf coffee and cheesecake . Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back soon!"

"We selected this location for a special occasion dinner and were not disappointed. The ambience was exceptional. The staff were extremely cordial and pleasant. And the food was extraordinary. One of us did want to be adventurous and order something they did not know of before and unfortunately the dish came with a lot of garlic and onions which did not suit their dietary restrictions, BUT that was on them for not asking. Otherwise all dishes were delicious, including dessert!! Would highly recommend."

"We have dined at 808 on multiple occasions and have consistently had enjoyable meals. However, our most recent visit left us slightly disappointed. I decided to try the brussel sprouts and my husband ordered the burrata, both of which were delicious. I chose the halibut, a dish I had previously enjoyed, but this time it didn't quite meet my expectations. My husband ordered the filet mignon cooked medium, but it arrived rare. To make matters worse, our waitress failed to check in on us to inquire about our meals."

"We arrived at Bertolucci's for our 6:30pm reservation. When we told the host that we had a reservation, the host seemed confused. She spoke to a waiter and informed us that they didn't have a table available. She said that we could sit in the lounge and gave us no estimate on the dining room. Why make a reservation if there isn't a table reserved? It was a little odd, but we were hungry and said ok. The lounge area only had one waiter for about 10 tables. The poor man was running around all night and we ended up waiting forever to place an order and receive our food. Overall, it was a poor service experience. The food was good though."

"Server was fantastic. Food was lackluster to say the least. My wife Ordered eggplant parmigiana and it was a thin slice of eggplant with an over abundant of cheese on top. I had the ravioli and the sauce on top over powered the taste of the ravioli. The restaurant has gone down hill food quality wise since our last visit. Sad cause we always enjoyed eating here."

"The food was fantastic from the appetizers to the desserts. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had a wonderful time. The service was excellent, even though they were really busy with New Year's Eve guests. I deducted one star for three reasons: the outdoor igloos weren't properly heated, there was a lack of signage for the rooftop area, and they didn't have change for cash but still charged us a fee for using a credit card."
