"Drove about 1/2 hour to check this place out for the first time, and as a BBQ guy, I was really looking forward to it. The outdoor space looked great, I found a table outside and there were probably about 5 other tables total seated that night (perhaps an early sign when other local places are packed at the time being Friday night at 7pm)There was a great solo guitarist playing which I was loving. What I didn't love is that I sat there for a SOLID 20 minutes and no one paid any attention to me. I am not one to flag anyone down, especially when there's only 5 other tables. No drink, no welcome, no order taken. I was getting pretty annoyed and decided I'd wait and see how long it would take. A couple sat down directly beside me at another table and the young female waitress came right out and got their order. Sorry guys, I refuse to beg. And as a business owner, I blame this on management, not the waitstaff. Every other employee working that night could see that I was sitting there without so much of a nod to my existence. One and done for me, that's all I have to know. Waste of my time. Be better."
