"When the food is good, it’s fantastic, but there's a significant issue with freshness. During my last three visits, I encountered unexpected surprises. The first time, I was served rotten salsa; just a whiff of it was enough to know it should have been thrown away, yet it made its way to my table. After that, I was given an undercooked chicken sandwich with a strange-tasting sauce. Most recently, my order consisted entirely of drumsticks (I was supposed to get a mix unless I specified otherwise), and they were overcooked to the point of being rock hard and frayed. It was as if some of them had been cooked multiple times! Approximately 40% of my meal was inedible because of this. The fries were undercooked as well, and the mac and cheese was the blandest I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place over its competitors. Such low standards are concerning because you can’t help but wonder about the cleanliness behind the scenes. For all we know, there could be rats frolicking in the honey BBQ sauce and roaches laying eggs in the ground beef if management isn’t even willing to let employees discard expired condiments. It’s really disheartening."
