"I asked to be seated at 11:23 The manager on duty said yes and walked away. I sat myself. He did not give me a menu or even ask if I’d like a glass of water. I had to ask a kitchen worker if I could have a drink or a menu. It was 7 minutes until open. Allowing a customer to sit in your restaurant and walk away is awful and poor service. 12:38 rolled around and still no one on the floor. Knowing you just sat a customer 15 minutes prior . Still nothing. No menu and not one employee on the floor. I walked out of the restaurant, found a kitchen worker on his cell phone in the outside area. He went and got the manager. He was cocky and rude and had zero cares in the works that there was a upset customer. He shrugged it off and said well we weren’t open. Sorry and rolled his eyes. He did not try to make it right at all . Absolutely awful customer service. I am a server and I am at the table within 2 minutes. I will never return."

I stopped by to grab a quick bite before catching a movie and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was delicious and probably the best one I've had in a long time. The onion rings were also fantastic.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but I often have difficulty getting someone to answer the phone. I usually have to call three or more times before someone finally picks up, and when I arrive at the restaurant, it is usually empty. At this point, I am usually frustrated and ready to go elsewhere.

Service was incredible. We had the red sangria 10/10 STRONG. Garlic parm wings crispy and tasty, NY strip med rare with mash sautéed veggies 10/10!! , mushroom onion burger delicious. Tucked away in Macy's this Irish Pub Style Bar Restaurant has a Decent atmosphere. The decor is nice sticking with the Irish theme. There are TV's around to enjoy the Sports events of the day. Definitely the Wings (Medium) they are good. The Chili had a good taste as well. The Cheesesteak Sandwich was a little dry but not bad. The server was friendly and attentive

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. We received our appetizer plates, which were decent, but they were all dirty. The customer service was good, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a steak salad while the others at the table had filet mignon and a cheeseburger. The only thing that was enjoyable was the fries. I hope they check their meat quality, as none of the dishes we had should be served to anyone. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
