"So, my wife and I decided to head over anyway. However, when we arrived, we found the restaurant closed. According to their posted hours, they didn't have lunch service that day. Why wasn’t this updated in the app? How was I able to receive a confirmation for my reservation if they weren’t actually serving lunch? We were very disappointed."

We would rate it as just average. There were some highlights and some disappointments. The positives included the Brandy Old Fashioneds, which had muddled fruit instead of a mix, and a tender filet mignon. Service from Jenny is A1 Outstanding! Kitchen what happened??? You were UNEXCEPTABLE today. Our simple Thursday burger specials took 30 minutes to come out [normally a fast 10 minutes], fries were wrong and cold, burgers not cooked to order, sent cold burger plate back, found a hair in the other burger, sent that back too.
