"I was disappointed to find that my medium-rare steak was overcooked to the point of being burnt. I attempted to eat it, but it was so tough that I couldn't even cut through it, so I ended up throwing away the $28 steak. Additionally, Colton's forgot to include my Caesar salad and the side of mushrooms. This marks the second time we've encountered significant quality issues. On a positive note, Maggie (Dasher) went above and beyond by returning to the restaurant to rectify the situation, and DDash customer service was quite helpful. Moving forward, we'll be heading back to El Charro, Lopez, and Gino's instead."
