"A friend of mine was in between choosing a spot to have her birthday dinner and she ultimately ended up choosing this place based on their drink and dessert menu. For drinks we got, bites the dust, permanent vacation, and style grace. Both of us agreed that out of the three drinks, style grace was our favorite, hands down. We decided that we'd come back just based on this drink alone! After browsing the menu, we decided to order the lamb ribs, Turkish manti, and the agnolotti to share. The lamb ribs were okay, a bit more charred than what we were expecting. The Turkish manti was good, we loved the sauce, it paired nicely with a side of bread. The agnolotti was okay, lighter than what we had in mind. For our main entrees, my friend got the half-roasted chicken, while I got the Iberico pork chop. We also ordered the potato puree and heirloom carrots as sides. My friend said that unfortunately, her roasted chicken was a bit on the drier side. I thought the pork chop was good, had a nice crusting on it, and it wasn't dry which is always a plus, but I didn't care for the accompanying sauce. The potato puree was probably our favorite, it's hard to go wrong with potatoes and cheese, the consistency was just right, not too mushy. My friend said the heirloom carrots were okay, but I ended up really liking them and I usually don't like carrots. For dessert, we ordered the strawberry freezecake and the open sesame. After trying a bite of each other's desserts, we decided that the strawberry freezecake was good as a whole, while the open sesame was good in parts but was a bit overwhelming in contrasting flavors as a whole. Overall, service was great, very friendly, and we didn't feel rushed at any point during our time here. The ambience was inviting, comfortable with modern décor and lots of natural light streaming in. You also get a nice view of the sunset during dinnertime!"

"We went there for Mother's Day and were greeted by the host who was very nice and seated us quickly. The restaurant was almost empty at the time. Our server was nice, and attempted to take our drink appetizer order before we had even had a chance to look at the menu. We asked for a few minutes to decide. Our server returned and we put in both our beverage and appetizer order but needed a few more minutes to decide on the rest of our food. Within a couple minutes, another employee brought our appetizer dropped it off and left without leaving any plates. We sat there for several minutes before we could find anyone who could get some plates so that we could share the appetizer. We had completely finished the appetizer by several minutes when our server returned to take the rest of our order. I will add that our drinks had still not been brought to the table at this point. Shortly after taking the rest of our order the drinks arrived at the table. Once our entree's arrived, there were 2 of them that were not cooked as requested. Again it took several minutes to find anyone, and finally I caught the eye of a different server and requested he get our server for us. Once our server returned, we explained the issue and asked that one of the entree's be retired as requested. He took the improperly cooked entree and stated it would only be a few minutes as he put it in as a priority. Needless to say, the rest of us completely finished our meals before the retired dish was brought back to the table. All in all this was a very disappointing experience at this BJ's location as we've eaten there several times and have been happy with both the service and the food. Needless to say that both the service and overall quality of the food was sub-par and definitely not worth the money. We will think twice before returning to this location."

"if I could give ZERO stars, I would have been last night because of the flight delays our room was hot. we told the recipe, they sent someone to turn it off and turn it on again. we all took cold showers and tried to sleep. all inclusive of the baby woke sweating and none of us even used the leaves \nwe complained first on the morning. we said it was this side of the building and would affect all suits. they should fix someone, but if they can't, they would move us to the side of the hotel where ac works, but we would have to be good in two rooms. go out to spend the day. return at 18:30 clock and it is hotter than the night before / the morning. they say the recipe. they say they will send the engineer and tell us that we don't take hot showers as this will deteriorate the problem. what?! go to dinner, return almost at 11 o'clock it is hotter in the room. it is 81 degrees outside and it feels cooler than this room. hallways are cooler, so clear that the ac works somewhere. now they claim that the whole hotel is so and that our room is at 60 degrees. we lead our ac at 70/71 degrees to house and it is cold there is no possibility, this is even 80 degrees here. we have oma with us and a baby, this is abusive! I have booked this directly via hilton and am gold hhonor member. that is beyond inacceptable and that does not even go into the form in the shower, torn teppich between bedroom and living room, dingy condition of all \nDON’T stay here, even if it is free! at this place they should refund us and give us a room in another hilton hotel in the opposite way and we would just bring back to us"
