"This was our first visit to the restaurant. Upon arrival, the hostess welcomed us and informed us that we would need to wait a few minutes due to some guests lingering at their tables. Fortunately, we were seated within about five minutes of our reservation time. During that short wait, many more guests began to arrive, creating quite a crowd in the entryway. We overheard several complaints from others about not being seated at their reserved times. Additionally, two different couples emerged from a small room to the left of the reception, expressing frustration about how cold it was in there. Ultimately, we were seated in that same room and could confirm that every time the front door opened, a rush of cold air swept in. It was chilly, but we chose to overlook it. At one point, a couple even got up and left the restaurant. However, our server, Katja, and the quality of the food were the highlights of our experience. We plan to return to Catello's, just perhaps not on New Year's Eve again."
