"We came here because it was closer to where we lived, but I can honestly say I wish I'd driven to West Springfield instead. The environment was dead... The chef seemed like he was overworked (though his technical skills were amazing) and the waitress neverchecked in on us. They sat another company with us and automatically charged the 18% gratuity to our bill despite the fact wewere only a party of 4. I will NOT be going back to this location... If you're going to charge for gratuity, at LEAST provideit!!!! And to add to that, they tried to rush us out of the restaurant... As if they couldn't get us out fast enough! Spending$300 at a restaurant means you should and demand some kind of respect, but apparently.... That's not enough nor is the 18%gratuity that was tacked on the bill."

"Japanese and Thai food are among my favorites, and I think it's fair to say that I have quite a bit of experience with Asian cuisine. I discovered Osaka Asian Fusion during a shopping trip it's located in a strip mall about a year ago, and have been there several times. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I had issues with the food quality when I was there about two months ago. The soup I ordered was tasteless. I simply did not eat it. But that did not stop me from returning last week because their sushi had been very good. I gave them another shot. However, my last trip a few days ago was a disaster. I tried a different soup one with pork dumplings in a clear broth. The dumplings were delicious but the broth tasted like salty dishwasher. I also ordered a Pink Lady sushi roll. The first piece had what appeared to be a short, brown rodent hair on it. OK, I removed it, didn't eat that piece. Two pieces later, I discovered a string of steel wool in the rice ! and that was the final straw. I brought these matters to the attention to the waitress who had a conversation with someone else the cook? that I could not understand. The sushi was taken off my bill. In past visits as well as this one, the sushi was presented artfully. Service had been attentive and pleasant, which makes it hard for me to write this review because I think the owner is the waitress. I certainly did not anticipate any issues. But there are some problems in the kitchen, apparently, and for this reason I will not return."

"Went for the first time the other night and boy were we impressed!!! The sushi was the best we've had in New Bern, no question!!! We had the sushi for 2 and it was fantastic! Beautifully done with fresh, expertly cut fish. The cherry bomb roll that was included was a delicious surprise. Our server was very welcoming, attentive and efficient. She was happy to heat up our Saki and decant it (the restaurant supplies). So BYOB or should I say BYOS . Going back soon."

"Japanese-Thai Fushion with a Super Nice restaurant staff makes this place one of those you would definitely come back to for lunch or dinner.There is so much to choose from on the menus, so today, we all decided to try something different to see if they could git the mark...I ordered Tom Kah Ramen with pork Belly, and my coworker ordered the Rainbow Bento Box with a side of spicy Edamame. The only thing I can say was we left nothing Flavor profiles for my ramen were spot on the coconut milk was creamy and the spice level was perfect.. The Bento box was packed with Fishy Goodness like eating straight from the ocean after it was hooked..Can't wait to come back and try the Miso Ramen and Japanese Makerel"

"The food is generally good, and today was no exception. This restaurant has always had a bit of an old charm. When I heard they were closing for renovations, I thought I'd give it another shot. Unfortunately, it still felt unkempt. The atmosphere was old and shabby. I used the restroom and discovered someone had not managed to clean up after themselves, which isn't really their fault, but the bathroom was in a terrible state. There was dirt everywhere, the baseboards were grimy, and the floors were not clean at all. I don't think I'll be returning."

"Best sushi in the Richmond? They don't have a flashy-looking location but they make up for it many times over with the quality of the food. The ratio of all the ingredients is excellent. The preparation is clearly expert (e.g. the lemon on the 49er rollis sliced thin enough that you can eat the whole thing). All the ingredients feel super fresh, and most importantly, the fishhas that perfect ratio of fattiness for sushi that makes it feel like it melts in your mouth. I've tried many sushi places inthe area and can't enjoy them anymore because every time I wish I got sushi from here instead. Thanks!"

"I've been here before,the food service has always been VERY good. Today I had terrible service, the Raman had zero taste. The atmosphere was loud annoying due to a family of 5 w/very loud children which is whatever, its a restaurant. BUT...The waitress did not check on me even once I had to ask a different waiter for the check. I was baffled on how that loud family was checked on every 10 min, another table w/1,like myself, asked several times if all was well. I didn't leave a gratuity,which has only happened once in my life, because I'm sorry, there was no service except an order taken food brought to my table! My waitress just sat at another table w/her back towards the dining room! The entire time I'm watching other waiters checking on other patrons,asking how the food is, asking if they need anything but not me?! BUT....a different waiter makes it a point to come after me in the parking lot because I left no gratuity?! I told him why.....I got a typical I'm sorry,the end. Disappointed won't be returning."

"Not worth your time and especially money wasted 15 dollars on a meal that the menu says is 11.50 online , meal arrives at my table wasn't very excited off first glance my , miso soup was very lackluster looked like hot dog water with dandruff flakes mixed in, my sushi looked inedible I was scared to eat it fish looked as if clerk didn't have clean hands and clean work space, restaurant environment felt uninviting and tables still dirty for being jus an hour after opening,I saw what appeared to be lint and other foreign contents I should not be expecting in my fish especially they're tuna ,had a yellowish tint to it and meat was very rubbery , I walked out very disappointed and an upset stomach,I am still hungry and was left with a bad taste in my mouth the California rolls had a cleaning product after taste to it , before i took my second bite I asked clerk to exchange my meal and or give me a refund nothing was done about my situation , don't come here if you want your moneys worth , I get wayyy better food for less at the china wok down the street , if you see this place run you will not be satisfied in any way"

"I opened my order and was immediately greeted by the wonderful aroma of the fine spices used in the dishes—the food is incredibly fresh. The Singapore MI Fun is absolutely delicious, especially since I opted for the spicy version. The orange chicken is also fantastic; it's not overly sweet, and the chicken is tender with a nice crispy coating. Be sure to include the egg drop soup in your order; they serve the best egg drop soup in Groton!"

"I dined here three times last year and found the food to be of poor quality for the price—regardless of what they charge. We were served on foam trays, and the overall atmosphere feels reminiscent of a budget fast-food joint. The drive-thru is a nice feature, but that's about it. "My friend and I decided to check out this restaurant, so I called on a Thursday to inquire about their happy hour. The man on the phone informed me that everything on the menu was 50% off, including all liquor and wine. Excited, we headed there after work that day. When I received the happy hour menu, I noticed the prices ranged from $12.00 to $16.00. I asked the bartender if these were the regular prices and whether I needed to take 50% off for happy hour. She replied, "No, these are the happy hour prices." Okay, so my friend and I each had two glasses of wine and shared two appetizers. When the bill arrived, it totaled $77.00! What the heck?"
