"My friend and I decided to check out this restaurant, so I called on a Thursday to inquire about their happy hour. The man on the phone informed me that everything on the menu was 50% off, including all liquor and wine. Excited, we headed there after work that day. When I received the happy hour menu, I noticed the prices ranged from $12.00 to $16.00. I asked the bartender if these were the regular prices and whether I needed to take 50% off for happy hour. She replied, "No, these are the happy hour prices." Okay, so my friend and I each had two glasses of wine and shared two appetizers. When the bill arrived, it totaled $77.00! What the heck?"

"We had a large party (12), sever was very friendly, was accommodating to special requests, was attentive during the wait for food, all of which was brought out at the same time hot and delicious. We were in a bit of a time crunch so the wait time for so much food wasn’t helpful to our schedule, but that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. We all ate together and enjoyed our meals. Will certainly go back (this was my 2nd visit) when in West Palm again!"

"We ordered salad and beer, and he was polite. However, we had to ask for our meat after turning our card to green, while the staff attended to other tables instead. At 2:30 PM, we inquired about the picanha because no one had approached us. My partner had brought me here for my birthday, and at first, we thought the service would match the occasion. When we asked for the bill, it was delivered quietly, and he didn’t mention that he was also offering dessert. His service improved by the end, but the beginning was quite lacking. The food was good, though; we visited a Brazilian restaurant in Fort Myers that was excellent. The noise level was much higher than we expected for a special occasion, with staff sneaking around and shouting from behind. One of our favorite dishes at other places is grilled pineapple, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t available here. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not great."

"Please excuse the long review, but it is deserving of detail. Our friends raved about the newly managed Spotos and couldn’t wait to take us there. We sat at a booth watching the kitchen work their magic. We were introduced to the very welcoming owners Bryce and Jaimie. Being the only vegetarian at the table, Bryce happily mentioned he would set me up with vegetarian plates. I was so excited because I usually just create something out of a few side dishes. Bryce sure set me up- the most thoughtful, delicious and unexpected vegetarian bites! I am so grateful Bryce and Chefs took the time and care to create these dishes for me. Our server, Javin, was so charming and on top of everything. Cocktails were great, but let’s get to the food! I have attached photos of a fried oyster, yellow beet with carmelized balsamic on burrata, a lightly fried califlour situation that was so flavorful- I must experience again(and I typically don’t like fried anything), scallop on top of creamy risotto, a veggie roll with “krab”, a California roll, Mahi on top of risotto, Bronzino, Blackened black grouper and a trio of deserts: bread pudding with vanilla pecan ice cream, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and coconut cream cake. All I can say is, “Yes Chef”! Thank you so much to Bryce for his TLC! Thanks to the entire Staff, it was an outstanding evening all around. What a delight! Definitely go to Spotos, you will love it!"

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."
