"After getting food poisoning at the location in 2020 I hadn't been back. Today I figured I'd give it another try. I ordered online, selected curbside pickup, and drove to the restaurant. I checked in online like instructed, and waited. And waited. About 15 minutes. Myself and the other folks waiting for their ordered decided to go inside and check on then. My order was ready, just being ignored.Ok, fine, they said they were busy. Annoying, but I can get over it. I get home with my order (3 minute drive away) and it's both cold, and totally wrong. Wrong sides, wrong toppings, wrong drink. Bonus annoying fact: I tipped 20% before I arrived, thinking the person would ensure my order was right and package it, and have to bring my food outside to my car, which of course deserves a tip.I call the location hoping to talk to a manager to both get my order fixed and let them know that their to go team members obviously need help. The person who answers tells me a manager was available, and would be right with me. So I wait. And wait. More than 5 minutes on hold and no manager picks up. I finally just gave up so I could go microwave the one correct part of my meal.I won't be back to this location, and hope this review helps other choose better run restaurants."
