"I ordered online and requested feta cheese to be added to our Chicken Bacon Artichoke, for which I paid extra, but it still didn’t arrive. This has happened twice now. On this occasion, the spinach was wilted and unpleasant, so I had to throw most of it away. We have always enjoyed Papa Murphy's, but the location in Republic has really declined in quality. I completed the online survey and asked for a manager to contact me, but no one ever did. A few months ago, I ordered a special Low Carb Style pizza in person, and when the staff member was preparing it, I explained that I wanted it made on the pan without crust. She seemed to misunderstand and started putting it in a pasta dish, looking at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I accepted it and tried to be polite, thanking her for making it that way. However, when I got home, I realized there was no sauce and, once again, no feta! I keep paying extra for the feta, but I never receive it."

"Second time in weeks I had order issues with this store. Both times ordered online and arrive 30 minutes later with no order made and ready.The first time one of two pizzas was made and the girl argued with me about the second being on my order until I pulled out my phone to show her the receipt.The second time I ordered a family size and questioned the employee that it looked smaller than 16 inches. His response was, no it’s just curled. Well when I got home and took a pic and sure enough not the size I paid for.Bunch of young kids who don’t care about their job and it shows."

"I typically dine at the restaurants in Springfield and have always had a positive experience. However, since I work in Nixa, I decided to try this location for the first time. I ordered and prepaid for a family-sized 5-meat stuffed pizza. When I arrived to pick it up, I was surprised to find that it was significantly smaller than what I expected, and the toppings and sauce barely covered half of it. In contrast, the Springfield locations consistently perform better. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. I was in a hurry after a long day and didn’t realize there was an issue until I was halfway home at a red light, and I didn’t want to turn back."

"Papa Murphy's is the ideal place for anyone looking to craft their own pizza creation. They offer the crust, and you can customize it with as much sauce and as many toppings as you want. However, I do wish they sold just the crust on its own, as I ended up buying pizza dough mix from the store. My kids and I made our own pizzas at home, but Papa Murphy's truly makes the customization process easy and enjoyable. It's a wonderful spot to visit! I will definitely be sharing this review."

"this place has made delicious pizza to order, I always call and pick it up. it is always done exactly how I ask each time. I tried various pizzas and I'm never disappointed. the pizza staff are always very friendly and incredibly fast. about 2 months ago I wanted to add a mtn dew to my pizza order (2 family pizzas and a broth sticks) but to no question of her own (it was because of the soda factory) there were particles swimming. they tried to get me 2 different from behind, but the same problem was there. I instead told a Sierra dirt and the pizza staff that they did everything to help me. I'm just going to this place, they're wonderful, and they're making their pizza on the spot!"

"Picked up a stuffed crust. I thought it was a stuffed crust not more of a Chicago style which was my fault. They explained when I arrived. Baked with instructions and turned into a gigantic bubble. It was not edible. I was told someone would contact me. It has been two weeks. I even sent a picture. Business must be booming to not reach out to Guests."

"Current location is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. The service was quick and efficient today when I stopped in for a lunch pizza to bring home and actually use my oven. I admit that I was hungry opting to buy a Caesar salad S'Mores bar tray for 2 8 but I don't regret that decision the salad was fresh and nicely prepared. When I was adding my 20 tip to my order, I was chatting to my cashier that the last time I added a tip at a Papa Murphy's I regretted it poor customer service at the Lexington Papa Murphy's. The manager must have heard the last of my remarks about the poor service, since he rushed out and wanted to correct the situation. Wow, that was awesome! It wasn't your Hugo location that had the crappy service in fact, I was impressed by this PM. Thank you for being receptive to customer feedback, I will be back."

"We went somewhere else before hand at 7:45 and and they said sorry we are closed even though they closed at 8. We then went to papa murphies at 7:58 and Lauren happily took our order even though the store closes at 8. I have been to so many restaurants recently where they close 15-20 min early. I was so impressed with Lauren and her willingness to serve us up until that last minute even while we were in the store past close. If I ran a restaurant I’d want Lauren to be a manager. I will be coming back just because of the service she provided ."

"The service here is friendly, and the selection of pizzas is among the best I’ve encountered. I really appreciate being able to enjoy hot, freshly made pizza at home for less than the cost of pre-made takeout or delivery. Vegetarian options are quite flexible, allowing you to easily customize your order by adding or removing ingredients. As for parking, there’s plenty of space available!"

"I have to say this is one of the worst visits I've ever had at a Papa Murphy's. The cinnamon wheel dessert pizza there was more beer bread than there was toppings. There's over an inch and a half all the way around the edge where there is no topping at it at all it's getting really bad when you can see more crust to the topping then the worst thing is the guy that answered the phone didn't know what he was doing he had to talk to the guy that was there with them and then when I went to pick it up the same thing he didn't know what to do so he had to get the guy from the back instead of the guy being upfront and helping out he was in the back worst service I've had and the dessert pizza was the worst I've ever seen I don't think I'll use Andover Papa Murphy's again"
