"First time here and really enjoyed ourselves! Buffalo wings were DAM GOOD!!!! Waffle was good too not overpowering with toppings and strawberries were FRESH! Caesar salad was large but very fresh and tasty! Everything was fresh. Waiters were very friendlyand helpful. We kind of stumbled into the lady who served us because the first waiter may not have wanted to. It worked outbecause our waiter was good and very attentive. Lastly I was not paying attention when paying my bill by card and intended onleaving a 10.00 tip but it totaled 16. The employee who rang us up immediately came into the parking lot searching for us. Notknowing why she was outside I honked and yes she wanted to alert me that I left a larger tip than I may have thought. I askedthe lady to leave it alone and give the waiter the entire tip. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism beyond wordsand would definitely recommend this place for good food and honest service!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. My friends and I decided to visit after being turned away from some of the trendy spots in Southport on a Monday night. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a few beers. Our server, Alejandro, was excellent and provided us with great recommendations. We were amazed to discover that all drafts were only $4 after our second round of drinks. The food, including tenders and fries, was delicious and perfect for a bar setting. The restaurant had a large selection of drafts, a great patio, delicious food, and excellent service. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"We have been to Clear Sky multiple times. One of the reasons for our return is the extensive menu. It is eaay to find something of your liking.We enjoyed the food the prior times and it is located near the hotel where we were staying. Once again, it was an enjoyable experience. We each started with a side salad which were a good size and made of fresh greens and other veggies. Orange vinigarette dressing was very good. We each got a fish entree, my husband had grouper and I had salmon. My salmon had a ginger soy glaze, giving it a nice added flavor. It came with asparagus and jasmine rice. The grouper was pan seared with spinach, small tomatoes and beurre blanc sauce. He stated it was flavorful. Our server was attentive and helpful with questions. My only critique would be of the slightly above average noise level, mostly due to the size of the indoor dining area and the live music outside, with door open.It was however, not enough of an issue to keep us from returning. I would recommend the rstaurant."

"I give it 4 stars ONLY because it is pricey. One egg was $5 ?‍?. OTHER than that the place is nice! The atmosphere decor is comfy. I went with a friend of mine on a Saturday morning around 11 it was packed! We sat at the bar, which was a little uncomfortable, but we weren't complaining. I think the seating may be uncomfortable for taller/bigger persons. I got a bacon waffle my friend got an omelet. We were both happy with our food. The waitress serving us was so friendly she was pleasant even tho it was jam-packed. Overall, I would go back!"

"There are Pickle Barrels all around town. This has to be my worst experience so far. Can't give them a total fail but I won't be going back there anytime soon.The service is slow with less than half capacity. The place is in disarray and maybe they need to look inwards and make some changes.I was there with my wife, Mom, and Mom-in-law for an early dinner. I swear, as we get older, I think Dinner goes from 6-7PM-ish to 4PM-ish!The Ginger Chicken Bites appetizer was horrid - overly salty and no other flavours. The Moroccan Cigars were not worth the price I paid - especially when we all know it's a frozen mid-east spring roll that they deep fry. I only ordered it since I haven't tried them in any place for a long time.The entrees fair no better. The striploin was overcooked - basically well done and then some. So they took attempt #2 at it - came out medium well in some places and well done in other spots. Don't they thaw the meat before they cook? Do they even know what Medium is? I know, what the heck was I doing ordering a steak at PB? Not my idea, I did recommend against it but they are Moms - and they are always right!The Seafood Linguine was passable - a little too creamy though. The Montreal Smoke Meat was really fatty - way more than usual. The Matzoball was dry even drowned in the soup - how?!?!?!Never had this issue at Centrepoint Mall. Next time someone wants to go to a pseudo-deli, we're driving a bit further and avoiding this PB = Pretty Bad!Cheers!"

"Oh, man. I really wanted cracker barrel. there was a little waiting time, which was good. there are some very comfortable swing chairs to enjoy outside while they wait. the waitress we had was friendly, but could not seem to get our side orders of the loaded tater dead casserole correctly for the living of her. the salad at the beginning of our meal was fresh and very good. the cookies were amazing! I ordered what I thought was a freches chicken and speckteller that had a maple glaze. when my court came to the table that was shattered in maple sirup, I was quite shocked. I really don't like the fact that Maple syrup has penetrated foods, even things that sense for it like French toast and waffeln lol. it wasn't really someone's fault. I just didn't understand what the menu describes. I scratched the sirup from a chicken breast and ate it, and my friend shared her chicken strips with me. there was certainly a full of them for a person. Apart from that, our experience that tried to pay our neck with the dame before the nose was quite frustrating, but in the opposite, I would give cracker barrel another attempt, and maybe be more careful about what I order next time."

"We were here on Thursday night of Stroll weekend. We were seated in the enclosed patio area. The overhead heater kept us warm, though under the table was still a bit chilly. It took a bit for our server to appear. She was efficient but not sociable. I attribute this to the restaurant likely being short staffed. She appeared to be the only server (w/ one helper) for the entire restaurant. Inside, there was a large party that was quite loud and probably took a lot of the servers attention. That being said, the food was delicious and the portions were appropriate w/ cost. The overall experience of the evening would have been better if the service was a bit “warmer” but our meals were delicious and we would dine here again."

"I live in Acton and have enjoyed this restaurant near my house, appreciating their food and service until recently. They used to be open from 7 to 3, but recently changed their closing time to 2:30. I usually finish work around 2:15, so this change didn't affect me at first. However, the last few times I've tried to go, they have been closing the door by 2:20 or 2:25. Today, I arrived at 2:28 and the staff seemed frustrated. I mentioned this to my server, who then passed along my feedback to their manager. Unfortunately, I overheard the manager making a rude and sarcastic comment about me. As a paying customer, I found this behavior to be disrespectful and inappropriate. I have dined at many restaurants and believe that all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the time they arrive."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The place was chaotic and disorganized. When I tried to pay with my credit card, the machine malfunctioned and only processed part of the payment. It then couldn't complete the rest of the charge, and they refused to refund the partial amount. Instead, they asked me to use a different card, which meant I would have to go through the same frustrating process again. No thank you. Now I'm out the cash and didn't even get my food. I would recommend going somewhere else, as this place is poorly managed."

"My boyfriend and I went this past weekend just for our usual dining out date night and it definitely met our expectations and beyond. The salmon was amazing, the sauce they use to put on top was just wow. Our waiter at the end who brought us our check was amazing. We requested the bread pudding for dessert but asked to add ice cream and caramel drizzle on top and he did the whole thing and it was amazing!!! Definitely recommend asking for bread pudding and ice cream and drizzle! Definitely coming back for that. Best bread pudding ever. Cannot remember the waiter but he was incredibly sweet and so accommodating and even said he is going to recommend the bread pudding that way now, thought it was great! Overall great. It’s hidden away in Hotel Julian. Can’t wait to have the bread pudding again!"

"I have coveted loaded fries, and their menu did not disappoint. I ordered the "animal" fries, which is their vegan take on my old In N Out favorite. They also have buffalo ranch, bacon cheese, and chili cheese (all vegan). I also ordered the soulfood sushi roll. I'm not used to making "cream" based recipes (cream cheese and mayo-based sauce,) so although it was delicious, it was too rich for me. I would definitely try other roles! You are now fully VEGAN!
