"Some may have had great experience but I am just sharing mine. My husband son and I were looking for some dinner because we had just moved to the Cheyenne area and had not been to a red lobster in a very long time so we thought why not. We get there and wewere told 5-10 min wait which is no biggie. We get seated 20 min later and we understood that 5-10 min can take longersometimes. We get at our table and we were there for at least 30 min before some other customer talked to the hostess saying wehaven’t even gotten our drinks yet or been seen. The hostess had walked by us and made eye contact 3 times. Our waiter finallycomes and we order. We then wait another hour before we even get a sorry it is taking so long. By then my son was super hungryand tired. We said can we cancel and just go we are sorry but we can’t wait any longer. They said our food just popped up ifwe wanted them to bag it up. We said ok sure another 30 min goes by and we still don’t have it so I find the manager whoinformed us that we were forgotten. They dropped the fries as they were bagging and I could not wait any longer as it was wellpast dinner time and almost 8. We went to Wendy’s to get my son something fast. He was literally so tired he couldn’t eveneat. I am frustrated because if they needed longer waits in between seating customers they should have said so. I am mad atmyself as well for not leaving sooner and getting some food in my sons belly. They still wanted us to pay almost $70."

"I recently came here on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy with a short wait but not as long as wait at other locations in the mall (that should have been a hint). I have been here before but it has been a while. We decided to go here to have something different that we didn 't do in a while, and it was not great. We were given 15 20 min wait time, and we were texted in about 20 minutes. The waitress we had was extremely nice, patient, and polite, but the service in the entire restaurant was super slow. It took about 15 20 mins just for our drinks. The drinks were also made inconsistent throughout the night so some were great, some were ok, and some were terrible (for the same drink margarita). At one point a manager came over (older white male, glasses, accent) to ask us if we were receiving good service. I explained to him that the server is very nice, but the service in the entire restaurant is super slow and we also were still waiting for the biscuits (main reason anyone goes to Red Lobster) after 25 minutes. He laughed and said yeah well it takes 14 minutes to cook so they should come soon. I said ok well it 's almost 30 minutes and we are still waiting. He said maybe they are coming and just walked away. Why ask people how are they doing if you make ZERO attempt to address any issues? Another group of people were trying to find their waiter as they were walking out and advised the manager. He just called waiter on radio but made no attempt to assist the customer. The majority of the time I was there (around 2 hours) he just stood against the wall clicking on a tablet. The biscuits ended up coming out after us being there 43 minutes!! Food took almost a hour to come out. My friend ordered Cajun chicken linguini Alfredo with double chicken. They ended up bringing out two orders of the same thing instead of one order with double chicken. When he told the expeditor, they took the other order back and said they would fix it. 5 minutes later nobody had returned and he was still waiting so we stopped the waitress and told her again what happened. She went to tell the kitchen and one of the line cooks came out and started arguing with him and getting loud with him saying she cooked it herself and knows she made two portions of chicken. He told her I understand, but they put it in two pastas, not two orders of chicken in one pasta. She rolled her eyes and walked away. 2 4 minutes later our waitress came back and said she wants to know if I should deduct it from the bill or if you still want it because it will be 8 10 minutes? He explained how he needed the protein and that 's why he asked for it so he will wait. Simply UNBELIEVABLE! How do you come out of the kitchen to argue with a customer instead of just trying to fix the problem????? Spent over 2 hours at this restaurant for a simple dinner that should have been around an hour. Several of the staff act and talk ghetto. The management sucks. Definitely not a great location."

"First: THESE AREN'T REAL RESERVATIONS. You sort of get a boost in line, but all it does it put you on the list, then they check you in when you get there. I took my team and colleagues to dinner. We had a great time despite fruit flies everywhere, in the drinks particularly, and occasional houseflies. We started in the bar. We ordered drinks and apps. Apps found us just in time to go to the table. Bar staff was attentive and drinks were good. They'd have gotten 4* (5 if they'd wiped down the bar or done something about fruit flies). Paid 1st bill. Your bill doesn't transfer to the table. At table...ordering was okay. We had apps. Bacon wrapped scallops are really good. Food was slow. No problem. But then it took 3 requests and more than 20 minutes to get drawn butter for the lobster. Butter and sour cream for the potato literally never. Trout was cooked like a flank steak...shoe leather both times. Truly terrible. Salmon was hockey puck hard. Noodles were bad. You get the point, the apps were good, actual dinners abysmal. Service. We could order more drinks which eventually showed up. Fruit flies? Yep. We fished them out. Was a water glass ever filled? Nope. Did the required items that accompany the food ever show up? Nope, not until demanded. For anyone whose ever waited tables? There was nothing difficult. No special requests, nothing out of the ordinary besides not to overcook the fish. But it was. Plates cleared? Nope, but that was okay, the houseflies were in our plates and not in other diners' food, and we were done. Recommend drinks and apps at the bar if you go. I don't recommend going though."
