"I ordered the shrimp with hush puppies. My husband ordered the fried chicken and the waiter came back and said that they could not cook that at that time of night, it was just after 8pm. He ordered the chicken fried chicken. We got our food in around 5 minutes. His was ok, but my shrimp and hush puppies were dark and looked like they had been in a warming tray all afternoon. I think that they dumped all the leftovers from the day on my plate. I could not even finish it! There were others that came in after we did, but it seemed that everyone was more interested in going home than giving a customer a good experience. We do not have a Cracker Barrel close to us and we used to look forward to vacation so we can go to one. Not anymore, On our way home we avoided going to them even though we were looking at one out our hotel window! Literally left a bad taste in my mouth and we will NOT go back. Biscuits and corn muffins are not good anymore either. Not worth the money at all."

"The restaurant was bustling with activity. While it lacked a social atmosphere, the food was fantastic. I had breakfast with a friend, and it had been a while since we'd eaten out since the pandemic. It felt good to be out and about again. "We visited with a large group on 8/28/21, and although the restaurant was short-staffed and busy, they handled everything impressively. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the entire team demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism. Even though there were some longer wait times for our meals, the staff's interactions with all the customers made the experience so much better that it almost went unnoticed. A big shout-out to everyone from the front of the house to the back. Well done! #CrackerBarrel staff truly make their customers feel like real MVPs."

"I was placing a to go order in person. Waited at least 10 minutes before a server waited on me. I wanted a family meal but after waiting again was told it had to be placed online. I then ordered 2 of the same meal (country fried steak) but ordered different sides. After waiting another 20 30 minutes, I received my order which was incorrect. I received 1 country fried steak with green beans, mac n cheese, and fried apples (ordered fried okra) and 1 country fried chicken with green beans, mac n cheese, and pinto beans (correct vegetables). I also wanted biscuits with both orders, but they only had 2 biscuits, so cornbread was substituted. If this was my first experience at a Cracker Barrel, I would never go back. However, the food we received was excellent. Total time at the restaurant was over 1 hour to get 2 carryout meals."

"I entered the restaurant and was immediately struck by an unpleasant smell reminiscent of urine and mustiness. The restrooms for both men and women were in poor condition, with similar odors. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service was exceedingly slow. Our server seemed more focused on socializing in the back rather than attending to customers. It took at least 15 minutes for them to return and take our order. Even after reminding the server twice, we never received our appetizer of cheese bites until we had finished our main meals. Another server eventually brought them out, mentioning that they had been sitting in the window for a while. Since we were already done eating, I asked the server to take the appetizer back. Afterward, we received two combined tickets for over $60 each, even though both couples ordered different items, and I had to request that the tickets be split. On a positive note, I was pleased to see that they offered a meat substitute among their vegetarian options."

"Always have LOVED Cracker Barrel. But this one is definitely the bottom of the barrel. From the start couldn't find a hostess to seat us but seen alot of other staff walking around. Once seated Logan our server was very nice but needs alot more training. It was only 2 in the afternoon and not busy had to ask for soda refill (which we never got) asked twice for more butter. Once our meals came mine was Luke warm, my Husband's trout was COLD sent it back for it to return Luke warm and they were out of the broccoli casserole . The hashbrown casserole and mashed potatoes tasted like a few days old. So beyond disappointed. Maybe management needs to make some MAJOR changes at this location."

"We arrived about 7:00 pm and after a wait were seated. All the tables around us were piled high with dirty dishes. My husband ordered the special but was told they had run out of mashed potatoes. Then we were told they had no more silverware. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs and toast. When they brought my plate, it had no toast the waiter said they had run out of bread! and the eggs were raw inside. We got our food at 8! The table of 3 near us waited even longer for food and they got their bill before food was delivered. We explained the situation to the manager and she never said sorry- just kept smiling at us like a Cheshire Cat. We did tip the waiter well since he was up against a terrible kitchen . Never going back to a Cracker Barrel again!"
