"I came to this location to purchase a gift card. I don’t live in area, and a distance away. I can’t speak on the food here, but the customer service is horrible from the managers to the many of the employees. But I understand if the managers don’t provide it and be a model before their employees, it makes a lot of sense. As soon as I walked in one of the ladies that worked there, notice I was trying to get her attention and walked away. So I asked this other lady do I have to wait in the line that had many people if I had to wait to get a gift card. She said yes I do. So when I looked at these two gentlemen who appeared to be in management who where looking to make sure everything was going ok with the servers. When they saw I was trying to ask the d so something, they turned their heads, not once but twice after raising my hand to give a signal I had a question. There was only one lady who was a server, and saw thatI was frustrated asked what did I need, and she told me I could go to the take out to get a gift card. Lady in take out helped with hesitation, and just handed receipt and gift card, and could not say thank you. Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Service!!! Thanks to one lady. Don’t plan to do business at this location again.???"
